The bathroom was dirty. There was no hot water either in the evening or morning. The security lock was broken on the door. The grounds were poorly maintained. The desk clerk was apologetic, but claimed she had no authority to provide a partial refund and said she could not reach the owner.

this is the first time that i actually gave a hotel a terrible review on all counts, the worse was that it was just really filthy,then no hot water in any room,was just terrible dont waste the money

the floor was filthy. White socks turned black just walking to the door. Air conditioner is not working. No towels delivered the next day

Rooms are dirty, water not warm in shower, mildew & dirt all over. Front desk lady was nice but that place is a $49 night max where you would expect all we received above.

It was close to restaurant which was on site & incredibly good food, room was very clean, air conditioner was in great shape, staff came around daily to ask if we needed anything👍

Dirty bathroom & room floor, non functional refrigerator & coffee maker, loud surroundings, no cleaning service.

A bug crawling across floor upon arriving in the room. Another dead bug seen. Very loud activity late at night.

Just needed a quick place to stop as our halfway point. The room was filthy. Stains on the bedding, cobwebs on the ceiling, empty food container behind TV, paper thin walls, bugs on the counters, strange smell in the bathroom,.

We were given a smoked in room vs a non smoking room as asked. When i called the front desk they told me they couldnt move me since they were fully booked. i ended up leaving a day early. The smell of nicotine was horrible.

The hotel needs an update due to looks to old and the same time looks no clean specially the bathroom. The towels are very small for an adult. The water pressure at the shower is low. The staff is not helpful at all. Very disappointed with hotel chain. (Quality Inn)

I went to the Hotel and they didn’t have a room for me . I had to spent the night in my car with my little daughter because all the hotels around were sold out!!! Also ******* did not get my money back for a service they did not give to me 😩

I love staying here. Always a great price and comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff

the room is dirty, there was a lot of dust, the light, the bathroom had a crust of dirt in the corner, the sink has a horrible smell, the floor is so dirty that my daughter walked in her socks and they got black with dirt, we saw her using the microwave, it's very uncleaned and the So, do you think the coffee maker is cleaner in the trash than the one in the hotel for our use?
