It was a nice room, very clean the beds were comfortable, however, I think it’s very petty to put little bitty waters in the room but you can’t drink unless you pay for them! I think that’s very cheap when you pay so much for the hotel and you pay a $10 resort fee. A bottle of water should be included! The water hot water in the room was not hot at all and that was very disappointing. I think there’s some small things that need to be fixed when you charge that much to stay in a hotel and the room itself is very nice but to charge for small waters and then not have a hot water work properly is disappointing.

Our room was in the “Horseshoe” property across the street from the main ****** and hotel. It was very dated, which isn’t always bad but the carpet was quite worn, air conditioning unit was loud and squealed badly when its cycle would start. Staff was friendly and helpful, overall experience was fine, just desperately in need of an update.

Very outdated furniture all chipped,dated by about 19 years,toilet was as high as a paint can,tv choice poor ,vert limited ****** card games,would never stay there again.

Charged $10. Amenity fee on check in for water and coffee. No coffee in the room which was not appreciated! Two 4 is bottles if water in room. They gave a coffee and beverage counter in ****** where they expect you to get your coffee in small foam cups.

Cactus Petes was full so we got stuck across the highway at the old Horseshoe ****** property. There is no staff here and it seems like a ghost property. We were unaware that it has been shut down. The entrance has stairs before you get to the elevator. The room itself is dated. Few plug-ins and no fridge. Had I known the Horseshoe was closed I would have staying somewhere else

We enjoyed our stay at Horseshu Hotel. It was very quiet and CLEAN. The elevator was a great surprise! The one disappointment was that there was not a refrigerator or microwave in the room. As a person that requires refrigerated medication, we had to improvise with the ice bucket.
