We loved the overall property. We checked in and our shower was full of mold. I called the front desk and the said they were sold out and couldn’t change our room. My wife is highly allergic to mold and she had to shower in our friends room. When I checked out I asked to speak with a manager. I was called into a room. The manager was nice but wouldn’t do anything to rectify the situation. She said the person I spoke with should have offered to clean the shower with bleach. No such offer was made The manager said if we ever return she would offer a better view room if available. Quite a poor response to make us happy. Oh well. I didn’t want to make a scene and left.

Very nice
Great property-very well maintained and excellent staff. Only ate at one of the restaurants and it was just ok but overall a nice stay.

Spa over price, for me anyway.
Would be nice if they would offer one of the three pools an adult only area.
For the older crowd or crowds.

It was absolutely beautiful! The grounds, plantings, gazebo- all so lovely. Our room was perfect. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.
I think more options for dinner time would have added to our experience.

It was a great property with great amenities and great access to the lake. We had a minor problem with a charge that was mistakenly on the room but we called and they promptly fixed it. A+ would stay here again.

It is an absolutely beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Really close to needing an update however. Also - the hallways smelled like sewage. Not sure what that was about. It would be amazing if that was taken care of.

The staff were very nice and welcoming! The different music on the grounds is fantastic and the food was excellent. I love that you also can leave and have many dining and entertainment options. I will definitely be back!
