Motel 6 Arlington Heights, IL - Chicago North Central

My family overslept at the airport and forgot to check in to our hotel rooms without me knowing. When they got there to check in, they turned them away without a room to stay. They have rooms available but they would not let us keep our rooms. It was over $500 bill. Very very bad experience with this hotel.

The only thing I don't like is that you can only stay 21 days the hotel should allow for people to stay longer some people are looking for houses or apartments and have to keep moving from place to place until they get a place to stay that is my problem I like to stay in one place cuz I like this hotel a lot but I have to move every 21 days for 7 days I can't see how you can consider it and squatting when people are trying to find housing that's the only regret I have other than that the hotel is fine the people are wonderful that's all I got to say

The staff is kind and caring. The property is clean and I feel safe whenever I stay at this location with my family.

Why wouldn't they post that there's a mandatory security deposit of $50 so yeah the rates online are low but you have to pay that security deposit now I have to wait five to seven business days to get my $50 deposit back, and the front desk was terrible the lady was on their phone for like 12 minutes while I was standing in the lobby seeing myself on the cameras watching the camera switch off to the somewhere else for 12 minutes switch back to me and here she comes from the office to check me in
