"In order to live opposite the outlets, I chose here. The room price is very high. It belongs to an apartment hotel. It has full kitchen equipment and can cook rice. Will choose here next time"
"Staying here again, it's very convenient to take the shuttle to P4.
It rained both days after I checked in. I could hide in my room or go to the lobby to get some fresh air, but I couldn't walk across the road to Jersey Garden for shopping and eating. I ordered Uber Eat, which was a bit expensive, but they would call me at the front desk when I arrived.
There are still too many crew members.
I remember that we didn’t have breakfast before, but now we have it. It’s the heated kind. Fortunately, I have an American stomach, so I think it’s pretty good.
Personally, I feel that the EWR entry and exit experience is better than that of JFK."
"Stayed for one night, nothing dissatisfied. The surrounding environment is an industrial area, not very new to the eye. We arrived at the plane in the middle of the night, the front desk waited until two o'clock to complete the check-in procedures, and the attitude was very good. It's really close to the airport. At 6 o'clock in the morning, the roar of take-off becomes background noise. At 8 o'clock, it is more frequent. It is also good to urge people to get up early and hurry."

"Hotel was clean and modern. I was surprised at check in with an additional $20 charge for parking that I was not aware of when I booked online with Trip.com If I had known in advance I might not have chosen this hotel over others when all costs were concerned. Free breakfast was a sad affair. Probably get better selection and quality at a homeless shelter. Overall trip was acceptable."
"Convenient transportation, good service, very close to the nearby outlets, convenient shopping, breakfast variety is okay, just three people only get two breakfasts, needs to be improved!"
"**Review: Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near the Airport**
I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Newark during a layover, and I must say, the experience was fantastic, primarily due to its unbeatable location and excellent services. The hotel is conveniently located just minutes away from the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers like me who need a quick and comfortable place to rest between flights.
The standout feature of this hotel, without a doubt, was the complimentary airport shuttle service. The shuttle was punctual, clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure my luggage was handled with care and even provided quick tips about the hotel amenities during the short ride. This service took away the stress of finding transportation late at night and made my stay seamless from the moment I landed.
The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and a quiet atmosphere that allowed me to rest peacefully. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
While I didn’t get a chance to explore much of the dining options, the breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold items, which was a great way to start my day before heading back to the airport.
Overall, Crowne Plaza] exceeded my expectations, especially with its thoughtful shuttle service and proximity to the airport. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay near the airport. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!"

NNian SasmitaLong way to the shuttle bus point and waiting more than 30 minutes for the next pick up. Other than this inconveniences, everything is ok in the hotel.
GGuest UserI stayed at this location twice during my trip & had different experiences based on the person at the front desk. The hotel has a shuttle but it only runs certain hours; therefore, if your flight is late and the front desk doesn’t care, you are left stranded in finding a way to the hotel. The first person rounded up a shuttle for pick up, the second person said I just needed to find a way there (which was very expensive).
The breakfast was hot coffee and bags of tea & hot water, instant packs of oatmeal and grits (when not hoarded by other guests), individually packaged chocolate & plain muffins, and granola bars. It’s something, but definitely not my first choice.
This place is not the best nor the worst so if you want a definite shuttle, choose a closer location.

Aarshyb1I wouldn’t say this place is exactly family friendly. It looked a little scary, but in the end, we just needed a place to stay that was on the cheaper side. It’s definitely not worth the price. Check in was easy. There’s free parking for guests (if you can find parking), but the rooms were basic. I booked a king size bedroom, but we got 2 double beds. It could be because we arrived late and they gave our room away. The place was pretty full.
It is really convenient if you are travelling from Newark Liberty Hotel because it’a only 5 minutes away. You can take the metro into the city or drive (the drive is about 40 mins into New York City). They are also pet friendly. Room service doesn’t seem to be available while the stay. I guess if you are staying long term you can ask for towel replacement and whatever else.
There wasn’t a hot tub like the pictures showed, but the bathroom does have a tub. They provide towels and soap, so bring your own things including a hair dryer if needed!
