The first room I was assigned was deplorable. Went to desk and given new room. The next day, the plumbing was substandard, toilet not flushing properly. Went to front desk and given a plunger! Extended stay charged me upon arrival for the full amount of room, then placed responsibility of plumbing on me the customer. I will never book here again and will help my experience for others to know the bad experience I had.

I stayed at this location twice during my trip & had different experiences based on the person at the front desk. The hotel has a shuttle but it only runs certain hours; therefore, if your flight is late and the front desk doesn’t care, you are left stranded in finding a way to the hotel. The first person rounded up a shuttle for pick up, the second person said I just needed to find a way there (which was very expensive). The breakfast was hot coffee and bags of tea & hot water, instant packs of oatmeal and grits (when not hoarded by other guests), individually packaged chocolate & plain muffins, and granola bars. It’s something, but definitely not my first choice. This place is not the best nor the worst so if you want a definite shuttle, choose a closer location.

The vending machine for drinks was broken there was so many gates that when I wanted to get something to drink I could not walk to the other hotel right next to it as the receptionist told me I could to find something to drinks at the store within it , the towels had hair in them even though they were “fresh” as I got them directly from the front desk the bed was hard and the room was very run down , the fridge in the room was sticky and dirty and basically the door was falling off definitely not going here again and unless your really in need I’d advise you to not stay here

Shuttle to the airport

It could be more cleaner, especially by a mall and airport. You would want out of towners to stay here.
