The hotel management is very bad it’s was very bad experience for to booked this hotel , hotel staff is bad attitude and rude people , there is not available room service cleaning 😔😔😔

Overall is good with standard of renaissance hotel. Room is big but facilities a bit old.

**** Stars for everything other than Breakfast. They can do a lot better for a paid breakfast buffet.

The hotel service is okay and the facilities are average. The bath towels and hand towels in the bathroom have probably been used for a long time and have not been replaced.

It was very convenient as it was close to the airport. I will visit again next time. The staff are friendly and the location is great. It's clean and the room is spacious

As always in the Westin experience, the bedding is the most comfortable, but compared to other countries, the Westin in the United States is a bit less refined and the service attitude is not so good. The surroundings of the hotel are very good, next to the mall and restaurants, walking distance to the convenience store. There is a large parking lot on the side of the hotel.

Convenient transportation, good service, very close to the nearby outlets, convenient shopping, breakfast variety is okay, just three people only get two breakfasts, needs to be improved!
