Very welcoming great place to stay. There is a free dedicated shuttle at P4 Newark so do take it and not waste usd22 on an Uber. Next to it is a 200 store factory outlet which you can walk. The bus 115 goes to Manhattan MPA for usd7. Breakfast is good. But no eggs and bacon but IHOP is next door. Just ensure you have all your medicines and toiletries. There is no pharmacy or convenience store in the mall or hotel. There is also no food available at night so ensure you have bought snacks at night. There is a microwave. Service staff is sometimes friendly and sometimes not Just be patient.

Living there is a convenient outlet to the opposite side of the road shopping; second, the hotel has a free shuttle to Newark Airport; third, although the parking lot is charged, but you can brush the room card in and out of the parking lot, very convenient.

As always in the Westin experience, the bedding is the most comfortable, but compared to other countries, the Westin in the United States is a bit less refined and the service attitude is not so good. The surroundings of the hotel are very good, next to the mall and restaurants, walking distance to the convenience store. There is a large parking lot on the side of the hotel.

It’s at the average level. It’s far away from the airport, however if you take a taxi, it costs 6mins and 35 dollars!!!!! All the facilities are not at the expectation but the having enough space (quite big). The bed is comfortable to sleep. The toilet at the bathroom is always full of water (not dirty), it’s normal? Curious about that…… And the hotel service is also acceptable. Overall, as a Hilton hotel, it is under my expectation.

We chose this hotel based on being an IHG and close to the Newark Airport. We tripped in to New York City daily and learned to use the hotel shuttle bus, a couple of trains, the subway as well as Uber and Lift. The staff at the airport were very friendly and helpful.
