Poured boiling water from a teapot. Right in the face. How did you apologize? Medovik and 20% discount. Very generous. Thank you admin for your generosity. I didn’t make scenes, but I didn’t like the attitude. Customer value suffers. At least there should have been dinner at the expense of the restaurant.

Отель относительно новый,и на данный момент даже по внешнему виду лучший в Элисте.Номера очень просторные,но темноватые, лампы холодного света уменьшают уют.Очень хорошие завтраки, рай для детей,ибо конфет насыпано с горой!)) Есть банкетный зал,там часто проводят свадьбы. Жаль, нет СПА.

Так уж получилось в связи с событиями 24.06.23 пришлось ехать из Москвы на Черное море в Архипо-Осиповку не по М4, а через Волгоград. Дорога в пути заняла почти сутки и по совету друзей остановились на ночлег в этом отеле. Отель шикарный, чистый, комфортный, очень вкусный завтрак, большой номер, белоснежное белье и удобная кровать. Спасибо за отличный сервис.

Отличное место! Чисто, аккуратно! Дочка дала гостинице 5 звёзд! Было 4 бутылки воды, чайник, чай и сахар. На ресепшн предупредили, что выезжать будем очень рано. Нам предложили вместо завтрака ланчбоксы. Мы уезжали в 5 утра. Нас проводила сотрудница, дала ланчбоксы на всех. И они нас порадовали, всю дорогу: бутерброды, яйцо, рогалик, пирог, сметана, конфетки, йогурт! Ребята, огромное спасибо!!!! Если будем в Элисте, то обязательно заедем к вам!

Проживал Марко Поло Garden рядом с основным отелем. Все хорошо, чисто, уборка, кровать, чайник с кофе, минералка, хорошие завтраки, Но есть одно НО! Шумоизоляции нет, слышно даже как сверху ходят и полы скрипят как будто в твоем номере)

Ездили с семьёй к другу в Элисту, выбрали данный отель, т.к. в нем есть удобные 2х комнатные номера. Кондиционеры работают, шведский стол на завтрак, все как надо. В день выезда забыли в шкафу деньги и документы. Нам позвонили и сказали, что все нашли (мы на тот момент еще не обнаружили пропажу), вернулись, все забрали, все на месте. Спасибо за честность!
