Fantastic hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, some of the staff can talk English, public areas are very clean same as our room, the shop owners inside the hotel are really nice and helpful and friendly, the tour guide Fuat he is in the hotel he sorted out all our trips and at a good price he is there every day and is also helpful, great accomodation apart from no drink making facilities in the room and not allowed drinks or food in your room apart from room service, food is very limited same most nights there is a pool bar with snacks burgers and beach bar with snacks pizzas, throughout the day, no English fry up for breakfast, limited on drinks some u have to pay for, entertainment was good some nights ok the others, there is a motorway in-between the pool and beach but is a safe walkway under the road, beach is definitely beautiful especially for sunsets, not a lot to do in the area, bus stop on side of motorway, taxi 300TL roughly into Alanya, there is a few restaurants on the beach a bit further up the road,

Visited this hotel as a gang of 13 golden girls, we had a blast! Food was good, plenty of choice, restaurant manager looked after us, 10/10. The bar staff were great too, nothing was to much trouble, never minding serving 13 drinks at a time, carrying them to our sunbeds for us. Rooms were clean, we had no air-conditioning for a couple of nights, so had to sleep with the patio doors open, however it was fixed on day 3. Best part for me was the turkish bath trea**ents in the hotel, sauna, body scrub massage, and a face mask all for €50 over 2 hours, my skin was glowing it left me feeling amazing!! Such talented staff, made you feel so special - thank you. The manager should be very proud to have such a hardworking staff working for him.

We are still here at the white city beach hotel and cannot fault it at all. The food choices are excellent, if you can’t find something to eat then you must be very fussy. Breakfast lunch and dinner there is a huge variety and all presented superbly, the desserts are amazing and plentiful. The rooms are lovely , clean and modern. They give you bottled water in a mini fridge and replace it when used at no charge. The hotel is spotlessly clean, they are cleaning around all day. The beach bar and snack bar are also excellent and the food delicious and freshly cooked to order. Yusef on the beach bar is lovely and pleasant and looks after you. As for the restaurant staff..,well, they can’t do enough for you, their service is exceptional. Hasan, Boran and their staff run a great restaurant. Omer at breakfast delivers a great service and is a credit to the hotel, Demhat works at dinner service and into the evening serving drinks all night, he’s always checking and topping you up. All the staff work so hard, they are all friendly pleasant. We will be coming back!!

I’ve just come home from one of the best holidays to date, all thanks to White City! I’m a fussy eater and was relieved to see that there is always something for everyone when it comes to food. The catering/waiters team done a fantastic job at making us feel welcome, attended to and looked after us very well. Boran is your main man and will honestly look after you from start to finish, no matter what you need! The service provided was 10/10 and it was much appreciated. Our room was kept very clean everyday, with fresh towels, quick wipe down and beds made! Hats off to the cleaning team. The entertainment was lovely and Farhat done an amazing job at keeping things running smoothly. He took the time to speak with everyone everyday and get you involved in his dances, games and was a great laugh! He had a big impact on our holiday and saying goodbye was sad, we love you Farhat ＜3 Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great hotel, amazing staff, very friendly, can't do enough for you. Rooms are clean and spacious, variety of food available all day and drinks too. Beach bar is amazing with great staff also. BORAN and HASSAN and also YUSUF are very attentive and friendly.

We arrived at the White City Hotel late at night we were given a key to a room on the first floor which was great as I am disabled. The following morning the manager told me that we would either have to move to the 7th floor or pay an upgrade to keep this room, as we had already unpacked I paid the upgrade. The following day I complained to the manager that I could not eat anything as I am allergic to peppers and chilies and everything in the restaurant was cooked with peppers he spoke to the chef and told me to go to chef and he would cook me something, but all the chef did was point out what I couldn't have. Therefore we had go eat out most of the time. What started out as a reasonably priced holiday turn out expensive. This hotel should not be adult only the pool is so shallow that my son cut and bruised his knees dropping in from sitting on the side, and bar shut dead on midnight. It should not be all inclusive as you can only eat at certain times so if you get up late the only thing you can have for breakfast is cake. The only good thing is it was clean and the beds are comfortable. All told this hotel was rubbish I have been to Turkey twice before and never had any of these problems.

Very good staff especially boran. And Hassan Muhammad they have been really helpful throughout the trip. Helping us find places telling us where taxis is etc etc really friendly and nice people rooms was cleaned everyday. Bar staff was nice and drinks was good rate 5*

Boran & Hasan is very good and important for the Restaurant and the Manager of the Reception is very friendly and funny, he and all the staff makes a good a very good job. Sometimes the languages are not so easy, aber its ok. It's a beautiful hotel and with the beach club sooo fantastic. Thank you for all. Massage a very good for the body and soul. Thanks

It has been a very pleasant stay, the beach club is great too, where you can get extra food any time, directly at the beach. Always clean, a big food variety. Sometimes the language barrier is little too hard with the stuff, but they call someone who speaks English. Perfect hotel for adults
