Club Hotel Anjeliq

Stay away from this hotel. It’s nothing like the photos. I really don’t know how this place is getting away with being advertised as a 4.5 or 5-star hotel. We booked our stay with Thomas Cook, and I wish we’d read the reviews beforehand. It was a complete disaster from start to finish, and we ended up cutting our holiday short because it was so bad. Dirty Rooms & Poor Hygiene: The room was absolutely filthy. When we walked in, we immediately noticed hair on the floor and dirt in the corners. There was even a big pile of hair in one spot. It was gross. The shower hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the whole place had a musty, neglected feel. It looked NOTHING like the photos. The current status of the hotel is really outdated. Dining Disaster: Now, let’s talk about the restaurant. It was just as bad. There were flies everywhere—buzzing around the tables and landing on the food. The buffet was a joke; half of the dishes looked old, like they'd been sitting out for hours. The plates were dirty, and it was just so unhygienic. Honestly, we couldn’t bring ourselves to eat there. We ended up skipping meals most of the time. It’s not the kind of place where you feel safe eating anything. Bad Service & Zero Communication: To make matters worse, Thomas Cook didn’t help us at all. We tried reaching out to them for assistance and never got a timely response. After a long and exhausting trip, we thought we’d finally arrived at our dream vacation spot, only to find out it was a nightmare. The hotel was a mess, and we felt totally let down by both the place and the travel agency. Cutting Our Holiday Short: We couldn’t stay there anymore, so we packed up and left early. It was such a huge disappointment. This was supposed to be a relaxing holiday for our family, but instead, it turned into a stressful, gross experience. We were all just relieved to get out of there. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Please, don’t waste your money on this hotel. It’s nowhere near the standard they claim. If you want a relaxing holiday, find somewhere else. We definitely regret booking this place, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I recently stayed at Club Hotel Anjeliq, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. Cool animation and the price matches the quality. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Hello. I know that my review on russian for russian sites won't change anything, but maybe a direct email can. I was with my wife and kids at your hotel from 4 to 10 July, and it was good, except this guy "Gökhan", a senior manager. We had a disaster at room - our power socket literally exploded with fire, my wife even had a scar! Moreover, her phone and two charges were broken because of that. So, in the whole world every good manager will afford their help to fix the phone or charges, or maybe the manager can bring a bottle of champagne. I worked as a manager in hotel and i know how a good manager supposed to work. I even understand, that power socket sometimes can explode by accident. But what this guy "Gökhan" did? He screamed an me, said that it was me who blew up power sockets (what??), and ran away from my room. No sorry, no help - but accusing a victim instead of. And this is your senior manager? Im really sorry for this great hotel and great receptionists (like Deniz or Arda), because of this guy "Gökhan" me, my family, all my friends will NEVER visit your hotel again. and a good guys like you won't have millions of rubles because of a very unprofessional guy "Gökhan". Hope, that Anjeliq Hotel's managers will be as good as their beach and sea. Thank you.
