The kitchen is well-stocked and even has a washer-dryer. The Sitting room/bedroom has a Wall Bed, which is very comfortable and a sofa, dining area, TV/DVD/CD. Wi-Fi. The Studio has a lovely Shower room off the Sitting room/bedroom. The village deli is just round the corner as are the village shops. We stayed one night as had already stayed before.
The apartment although small was tastefully presented and finished to a high standard and very clean.
It had everything we needed in terms of shower, fridge, WI-FI.
Its in an ideal location as within walking distance to the Elie deli, Ship Inn or indeed the beach.

Smaller than expected
Kitchen was clean and well equipped considering the size.
Bathroom was a good size.
The living area was a bit smaller than I thought but it's probably me.
Do not think the floor had been hoovered due to the amount of sand on it but found the hoover. Bathroom towel rail needed a clean. Some of the skirting boards had not been done for a while so marked cleanliness down but kitchen was clean.
Tinted windows is a great idea being on the road.
Get used to Church Bell chiming every hour especially early morning
