The hotel is beautifully designed, but very poorly maintained. The pools are a disgrace, not even worthy of 1*, let alone 5*. Tiles are covered in algae, grout lines are black with mold or orange from dirt – it looks unhygienic and neglected. The food is delicious, but I was shocked to find bluish-green leftovers mixed in. After investigating, I realized where it came from – their plastic cutting boards are exactly that color and literally falling apart into the food! Unacceptable. Entertainment is laughable and extremely poor. One of the dancers (the shortest one constantly trying to be in the spotlight) nearly hit a child with her wings during a terrible performance – and the child was standing right on the stage! Very unsafe and unprofessional. All in all, this is a beautifully planned hotel but extremely badly managed. • The food tastes amazing but comes with pieces of plastic. • The hotel looks stunning but is not maintained properly. • Evening entertainment is badly needed (since there’s nothing else around), but what they offer is really, really bad. Such a shame, because the potential is huge – but the execution is a big disappointment.

Best family holiday! Great food , great beach , all is perfect every year we are coming! Always the best choice ❤️ Thanks to the staff in the tavern ! The rooms are modern and comfortable. For kids Junior suite sea and pool view are very comfortable!

They do not allow you to buy coffee on the go unless you are a client of the hotel this says it all is believe about the level of customer service.

Beach is too busy and crowded with sun lounges and sun umbrellas. Impossible to enjoy the sun and sea here and the water is unfortunately not clear as there are far too many people for such a tiny spot. Shame! There's also a foul smell from sewage along the beach.

My family and I had an amazing week at the hotel. The beach was clean, the water crystal clear, sunbeds and towels were provided and we managed to get one for every day of our stay. The food at the restaurant was of great quality and variety. The room was exactly as shown, it was clean and tidy and very spacious. Special mention to Mrs Vasiliki, who looked after us at breakfast and dinner. Also special mention to Martinha and Andrea of the entertainment team, who made our son's stay memorable. Same goes to Barbora, Samuel and Olivia. They were all great.
