We previously stayed at another hotel of this chain and expected welcome drinks upon arrival, but they were not offered. They put you in the wrong family room: please note that on the website there is a description and pictures of one type of family room - for 4 people, with a double bed and two separate beds, but they put you in room 403 - supposedly also a family room, but for 3 people, with double bed and single bed. So the first night was terrible, but the hotel provided a cot the next day and things got better. What also spoiled the impression was that we later saw how, upon arrival for another family, the same manager poured welcome drinks. And he provided them with a room in another building, an order of magnitude better than ours - keep in mind that rooms 500, 600, 700, 800 are in new modern buildings, the rest of the rooms are in old buildings.
The impression was slightly brightened up by a small compensation from the hotel - all inclusive for 1 day and meals at the hotel. The food was amazing, thanks to the chef.

We had a wonderful stay at Arcotel Elea Beach Hotel in Sitonia. The service was outstanding – the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to stay.

My second visit. Cannot fault anything. The staff are so helpful and friendly, take time to get to know you and make you feel pampered. Our room was amazing. We booked a superior double but actually got a family room. They apologised and said we could swap next day if we didn’t like it as it wasn’t a refurbished room. It was lovely so refurbished must be really good. We arrived late evening and a plate of sandwiches, fruit and wine had been put in our room. Food was brilliant, lots of choice and always a freshly cooked option in the evening as well as the buffet. Went to a cookery class which was great fun. Plenty of trips available to book which reception staff do for you. Pool was clean and views are lovely. It’s a fairly small and quiet hotel but with enough life to give atmosphere. This suited us very well. Beach is nearby as is another Acrotel hotel which has spa facilities and more entertainment you can go to if you want to. Thanks to all the staff for making our holiday so good. Hope to return soon.

An exceptional hotel in a very beautiful place. The hotel staff is excellent and they meet every request. The rooms are very tidy and cleaned daily and towels are changed. The food in the restaurant is exceptional and varied, there is something for almost everyone's taste at any time. In short, a great place to rest. All recommendations

This hotel was amazing. From the room to the view and the staff. Everything was perfect the food was delicious and it had a lot of varieties you could choose. The staff was kind and polite. Georgia was very helpful during our stay. I highly recommend it!

Very nice hotel, clean, cozy, exellent and delicious food. Most rooms are with sea view. And most important is kind personnel. The whole area is quiet, with a lot pine and olive trees. The hotel is for recommendation.

The hotel is very convenient for the families, with all rooms overlooking the seaside, big dining terrace with the Seaview and many possibilities and amenities for children. The rooms deserve a refurbishment, especially the bathroom, but the bed mattress is new and very comfortable. The hotel is not directly exposed to the beach but there are two really nice ones in 5-min walk and 5 minutes by car (Lagomandra and Calogria). The staff is very kind and amiable. Food is also good, dinner varied, breakfast though could be improved. All in all, we would be coming back.
