Great location, room, and bathroom. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Only complaint was spending $14 a person on a poor quality buffet. This was optional, but after hearing the price, I expected a good breakfast, not one that made me wish I’d gone out for breakfast.

Hotel was over booked, I did not have a room. They said they called me but I did not receive a call. Had to go to three other hotels in search of room. I can't answer your survey questions as I never got it the place

Staff was great, bed was comfy but the hotel room was not that clean at all. Literal stains on the walls..plural.. not just 1 wall, but 3 walls. Will not book here again

Overall, this hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed in a queen suite, which was perfect for my needs. The only negative part of the stay was that for the price of the room, breakfast was not included, and the charge was a whopping $14 a day. Needless to say, I didn't eat breakfast, and that was disappointing (and the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5). Otherwise, it was a great hotel.

Everything about this day was relatively satisfactory. The facility was clean. The staff was helpful. The location is convenient. Only issues I had was the breakfast is a $14 buffet and the shower water was so hot that it literally hurt to touch. Everything else was great.

It was a great little night stay with family. Only complaint was the pool was a little chilly according to my children

Housekeeping could have been better and hotel in old needing many updates to match what they charge for the room. In room coffee was gross. Towels could be upgrades as they were worn with threads hanging which enabled hair to get stuck during cleaning and left for next guest. Bed was very comfortable.

Vonetta checked us in and was the friendliest person ever! She made sure we felt comfortable and was available to help us when we needed help. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this hotel!

The property itself was clean, the price we paid for the suite was not worth it when more then half of the jacuzzi jets did not work, the pull out sofa bed had springs poking through the mattress that scraped my child’s leg when she was sleeping. I asked for a replacement mattress for the second night as I was booked and already paid for two nights in the suite but was told they did not have one so my children slept on the floor. I asked for a discounted rate for my child’s injury and was told no that they would give me points towards my stay. The price for the breakfast was not worth it either not many options and it’s the same breakfast you would get free at other holiday inns. We will not stay next time we come due to the rudeness of the staff when asking for my room to be discounted because of all of the issues we had.

This facility allows pets and the dogs a couple of rooms down had high pitched yips and yaps off and on all night. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room and facilities were great

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Overall a good stay.

Close to the hospital we were seeing my sister in law at. Easy access clean comfortable.
