My fiancée and I have just returned from a two night break here in Elgin. We were in room 33 in the extension Osborne Lodge across the car park. Lovely big room with walk in shower. The hotel decor is very high standard as is the food. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and nothing is any trouble. We had breakfast and dinner both days and quality and quantity of food was excellent. Will definitely return next time we are in Elgin.

We decided on the Sunninghill Hotel to have a quiet celebratory dinner for two. We were not resident overnight At reception, we received a warm friendly greeting, then guided to our pre-booked table. The meal was excellent, nothing was faulted........Nothing! so thank you chef. The Staff were very smart, efficient and very polite. On this occasion ( Sunday 1900Hrs) the restaurant and bar seemed peacefully quiet. All in, we had a great meal and feel this is something we will probably experience again in the future. Well done all at Sunninghill Hotel

Went for an evening meal and the food was excellent. Great menu and service. Well placed but not much parking as often used by contractors. The crumble was a delight as was my pasta dish.z One of our party had a local black pudding dish which he said was great. Had a lovely evening and would definitely visit again.

This is a nice hotel with a bit of a motel feeling to it since some rooms have the parking just outside the room. That said, it means that some of the room will be located outside and around the main building making you have to walk outside for a few meters. Not a problem really, but can be good to know. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the staff is kind and friendly. Recommended!

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice, modern bathroom. The food was excellent with an interesting menu with some local themes. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Could occasionally hear some noise from an extractor fan, possibly on the floor below but it stopped before bedtime. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Ive stayed in this lovely hotel for the past 2wks on business in the area... hotel is beautiful , clean and very high standards .. The staff are professional , well mannered and work to the highest of standards... i cant find fault at all .. The food is amazing and cooked to perfection . Ive stayed in many a hotel but this one has to be the best so far ... to the manger of this hotel , your staff do you proud .. ive reccomended this hotel to family and friends and will be back soon for sunday dinner ... id just like to say thankyou to all staff for making me welcome and looking after me xx

I was part of a large group and the hotel staff catered for us in the private conservatory. The food was outstanding, and I once more had the black pudding stack which was an utter triumph by the chef. Our whole party complimented the quality of fare provided. Very generous portions too. I must also commend the staff who worked tirelessly to keep us all fed and watered, as well as clearing away our dishes as we finished each course. This was my 3rd time here and it won't be my last.

Had a family get together meal for the 8 of us last night at the Sunninghill Restaurant. Never dined here before, and what a lovely dining experience it was!! Really nice service by all of the staff that dealt with us, great restaurant and bar staff. Really good selection of meals, a menu choice with something for absolutely everyone. Nice sized portions, not like some restaurants which serve you tiny cheffy portions that are overpriced, and leave you coming out feeling hungry!! It was busy and had a great atmosphere! Will definitely be dining out here again.
