The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room which was on the 4th floor was clean and spacious. We had a balcony which looked out over the hills beyond, the only thing we faced the motorway which was about a mile away. We liked to have our window open at night so could hear the traffic for most of the night. Food wasn't very good or much choice.

Ein tolles Hotel. Leider waren wir nur 1 Nacht zur Zwischenübernachtung auf einer Busreise dort. Zimmer top, modern, sauber, Buffets abends und auch zum Frühstück waren klasse. Personal sehr freundlich! Toll auch das auf Müllvermeidung geachtet wird, Butter u. Marmelade z.B. lose. Auch das die Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchwechsel nur auf Anforderung erfolgt, eine gute Idee. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Leider war der Service während unseren Aufenthalts sehr schlecht. Dies liegt vor allem daran, dass zu wenig Personal eingesetzt wird. Die Stimmung beim Personal war extrem schlecht, was auch die Gäste zu spüren bekommen haben. Allerdings ist dies kein Wunder wenn eine Person für min. 80 Gäste zuständig ist. Auf Bestellungen im Gastrobereich musste teils 1 Stunde gewartet werden. Das Mittags- und Abendbuffet war leider immer zu wenig und seinen Namen nicht wert, jedoch wurde nach Rückfrage immer nachgeliefert. Frühstück war soweit in Ordnung, leider aber hat es einzelne Produkte bereits ab 8 Uhr nicht mehr gegeben.. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber aber leider ohne Klimatisierung. Alles in Allem mangelhaft, einen derart schlechten Service mussten wir selten erleben.
