We are currently on our stay and I must say disappointed . While there is a larger garden surrounded by fauna the constant road noise takes away from the “ tranquil “ oasis as advertised . Also , chain smoking guests around pool and decks permeating into the rooms is less than pleasant . The room is indeed thoughtfully decorated and clean ., as is the main areas as well . There is minimal staff . One is almost on their own. when we arrived a bit early the front desk insisted our room was not ready , however when asked to view prior to staying it was indeed ready . To sum up , I feel not worth the money . Staff and amenities not up to par . We could have easily got a resort with full staff at this price . I would have left had they not refused a refund . Which given we booked an hour prior seemed paltry .

Perfect location within walking distance from city Center . Although hired a car , walked everywhere apart from visiting outside area . 8 bedrooms with views of pool and fantastic gardens . An oasis of calm and quiet in a city . Very clean , first time in a boutique hotel. Good value for money . Breakfast expensive for what available , needs improvement for British and international palate . Wonderful attentive staff throughout . Little things like quality toilet paper , tissues , in room to complete experience

We had a very Nice stay at the Hotel, Nice reception by a friendly lady. FREE Parking on own gated premisses. Modern architecturale building, former villa. We received some e-mails and Whatsapp messages before arrival. Room was spacious.

Wonderful minimalistic experience. Love this hotel for the solutions and the interior choices! Absolutely loved the short stay. Will definitely come back! Private and comfortable with a great pool and it’s a short walk to the city centre. Lovely bars and restaurants close to the hotel as well. Thank you!

This hotel is gorgeous, it is a tranquil oasis that is serene and relaxing. The interior design is stylish and the pool and architecture is fabulous. The gardens and plants also set the scene nicely. The chef Jose Luis is super friendly and helpful and the food was presented nicely.

Hort de Nal is an excellent hotel. For its location (close to the centre, surrounded by palm trees and in an old private house designed by Antonio Serrano Bru, which alone is worth the visit). For being surrounded by excellently maintained gardens. For its service (friendly and attentive to detail). For its rooms (comfortable, spacious and quiet). A place to visit and repeat.

A very sad experience of staying at this hotel! I rented a room for two days. On the second day of my stay, two girls came to me to do my makeup and hair, they stayed for a little more than an hour and left, the administrator came and saw what exactly was happening. But the senior administrator started a conflict, demanded 200 euros from me for an hour of their stay))) considering that my room costs 290 for two days. The administrator also communicated and behaved rudely. As a result, I left the hotel early and moved to another hotel. I do not recommend this accommodation!
