The hotel offers great accommodation! Comfortable beds, warm room, with hot water 24/7, very clean and tidy, equipped with cutlery and toiletries, and good wifi reception. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, very tasteful and most of them home made. The hotel is located in the center of Elati village, within walking distance from restaurants, taverns, cafes and bars. The customer service was admirable. For what is worth, precautions and all the necessary measures were taken to avoid the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus. The owners were always present, kind, helpful and willing to facilitate our every need. They provided valuable information for places to eat and visit and they even provided us with a hand written map, marked with tourist attractions and activities to do near by. It was overall a lovely experience and we will definitely choose Fretzato when we re-visit!

Picturesque central location, beautiful interior, warm place and very hospitable hosts. The breakfast was tasty and with a touch of tradition. The room was quiet and we had the best sleep. The hosts were so kind to probed us with tips for things to do around and recommendations.

Very beautiful place, warm and welcoming. The room and the reception area are meticulous in every detail, made with love as befits a traditional guest house. With autonomous heating and a fireplace in the room, which was also subtly scented. The breakfast is wonderful with handmade jams (5 different ones) and handmade pies, cakes, but also eggs (boiled and fried) and a choice of coffee. Olga and her mother are excellent and very willing to help and inform us about the area and with obvious love for their work. Finally, the cost of accommodation is low in relation to the excellent quality of services offered.

Very good hotel and clean, we stayed for 4 nights (26-30/12) and the stay was excellent. The owners are kind-hearted and informative about our nearby excursions. We will be back soon!!

Εξαιρετικός ξενώνας ζεστός και φιλικός στο κέντρο της Ελάτης . Υπέροχα δωμάτια, υπέροχο πρωινό, με σπιτικές μαρμελάδες και πίτες. Το service εξαιρετο και άριστη οικοδέσποινα η Κα Όλγα. Χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.Πολυ καλη επιλογή.!!

Wir haben mit Freunden 4 Tage hier verbracht und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Betten bequem. Die Wirtin Olga war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Auch das Frühstück war reichhaltig, sehr lecker die selbstgemachten Marmeladen. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit, besser konnten wir es uns nicht vorstellen.

Το Φρετζατο , δικαίωσε τις προσδοκίες μας. Κανονικό σε μέγεθος δωμάτιο ,με τζάκι και μπαλκόνι που απολαμβανες τα έλατα . Πολύ καθαρό και με θαυμάσιο πρωινό ( χειροποίητες πίτες αλμυρές , λουκουμάδες, γλυκά και κέικ) Αυτό όμως που έκανε την τεράστια διαφορά ήταν η προσωπική επαφή με κάθε πελάτη και η άριστη γνώση κάθε εκδρομικης αναζήτησης , η πλήρης γνώση κάθε πεζοπορικης διαδρομής καθώς και η δυσκολία κάθε διαδρομής , ακόμη και πόση ώρα χρειάζεται να προσεγγίσεις το σημείο επιλογής σου Έτσι αισθανοσουν , όχι ένας .. απρόσωπος πελάτης , αλλά μέλος μίας .. οικογένειας που ενδιαφερόταν να περάσεις όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερα . Μπράβο τους και εις ανώτερα ‼️
