2-Star Hotels in Valles Oriental

Es un hotel con excelente precio para ser parte de Barcelona, por eso lo tomé como alternativa ya que no encontré nada a buen precio en el centro de Barcelona. Lo califico como un hotel normal, buen aseo, buenos espacios en dormitorio y baño, lo negativo es que su ubicación está pensada para llegar y salir en auto, si llegas del aeropuerto sin auto debes considerar al menos 2 horas, el tren R2 Nord más un bus local permiten llegar al hotel, al centro de Barcelona puedes tardar alrededor de una hora, con la tarjeta de transporte es muy facil y económico, la distancia es el ”costo” de tener un hotel a un precio muchisimo más bajo que en el centro de Barcelona. Hay 2 lineas de tren y buses expresos que permiten conectar con el centro de Barcelona, por lo tanto la distancia si bien es un tema cuando estás de viaje si quieres ahorrar en alojamiento estar lejos del centro es una opción. Otros detalles a mejorar son el hecho que la conexión a internet que ofrecen no es privada, por lo tanto no es totalmente segura, no tienen enchufes USB, tan solo un enchufe electrico en la habitación. El aire acondicionado es ruidoso y parece no ser muy eficiente, no obstante la habitación tiene buena insonorización con doble ventana no hay ruido exterior. Por último, si tienes hambre, sed o ganas de comer algo, hay 2 supermercados al lado del hotel.

Just returned from a week stay at the hotel. The hotel is super clean and offers a gd bfast. However I hate to say that we r soo disappointed with the approach of the receptionists. We r a family of 5 ... 2 adults and 3 kids and thus had 2 interconnecting rooms. By mistake one of the kids locked one of the rooms with the chain and thus could not open the door. We asked the receptionists (2 young ladies) to help us out. After something like an hour waiting they told us that the maintence guy cannot be reached. We asked for a scew driver to unscrew the chain and they told us with have to give our visa no as these were d instructions. Of course we refused and after another hr or so, I had to reexplain that I had imp medication in the room and couldn't no spend the night outside without it. Only then did one of the them decide to come up and see my husband unlock the chain in 2 mins! No apologies nothing.... On another day we asked how we can get to some funpark with kids. Since we didn't have a car they told us that it is practically impossible. It is clear they (once again the 2 ladies) have no idea.... Absolutely.... How to inform clients how to get there. We had to ask locals to help us.... And we managed Illa fun park and also Porta Avventura with no hassle at all using a train! Unbelievable. When we needed a taxi a helpful receptionist, Marc always called for us and the taxi came in no time. However when we asked the same 2 receptionists.... They wanted to give us the number of the driver and we had to call. Im so sorry to complain however I believe that the receptionists have to have basic manners and information skills to direct their clients in a decent manner. The situation was so hilarious that sometimes I thought they were playing some joke on us😶

Hotel muy comodo y confortable, muy limpio, personal rapido y amable y buena attencion al cliente, cama muy comoda. Hize pensione completa y la comida tambien estava muy rica. lo recomiendo a todos lo que querien pasar un buen fin de semana de relax
