From the check I to the check out, the trewas awesome five star with a twist of family. Everyone was super nice and promptly to help! The room was amazing with great view! Enjoy it and must go back for the third time. Food amazing to and congratulations to the chefs. The view from the room and from the entire property's breathtaking

I stayed in a room with a view of the Sleeping Indian, good internet, and excellent service. I arrived before check-in, and they allowed me to enter. It feels like Tuscany in El Valle but with additional touches that make this place beautiful.

Beautiful well kept hotel. Staff is friendly although check in process is a bit cumbersome. Don’t forget your passport, they don’t accept any other form of ID. Rooms are spacious and clean, nice views, clean swimming pool, lovely breakfast area and good variety of food. Just a lovely place.

We were here for spring break April, 2024 with a group of 7 including teenagers. The rooms were spacious and immaculate clean: the pools were absolutely gorgeous. The property is green and lush. Our disappointment was food. Breakfast- which was included- was mediocre, and if you come late they don’t replenish the options. In a country filled with delicious tropical fruits, all they had was watermelon. We also felt cheated because the weekend breakfast was bigger, but during weekdays is much less. The restaurants are just ok.

This is a great hotel to spend a day or few days the land scaping ground is just beautiful I will diffidently would like to go back again. But only if they pave the road leading up to the hotel the road almost damage my car because so many pot holes to deal with, and with such a beautiful hotel why can't they put together and get the lane paved leading up to their entrance it sure was a pain coming to the hotel and when I had to leave until they look after their awful pot holes lane of a road and I will come back.

The property is lovely but our room, a jr suite, needed a refresh. 3 hangers. The furniture was mix and match shabby. Registration staff was put out when I begged for a second key. There was a kids camp and a wedding that dominated the property. Still probably the best offered in En Valle and the view is beautiful.

This is a perfect location,really appreciate the checkin with no queue and sitting for the process.The superior room with King size bed overlooking the pool,is a perfect size but.... Not enought hangers,only one chair do if one is working on computer the other have to use the bed. Nothing in the bathroom to hang underware. When the first bottle of water has been use to make the Coffee,the next day you have to pay for replacement and for the Coffee,the same, the first one is complimentary but that is it.Disapointing for a five star hotel. The hot pool is wonderfull and the other pool at air temperature also. Missing some cooked veggies during breakfast but the rest was perfec the view from the hôtel is wonderfull. The bar is open till 10pm and is enjoyable. For me the little detail is what makes a difference betwen exceptional and good

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. It is very beautiful and the grounds are lovely. We enjoyed the pool. There are two pools. One is heated. The breakfast spread was varied and plentiful. The room was very nice. The bathroom was roomy. There several sitting areas around the property to relax and enjoy the beautiful location. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was just about a mile outside of town and is very walkable, we felt safe everywhere, even at night. The room was nice and was very clean. The staff was limited but friendly. The food at the Irish pub and steakhouse on-site was ok. The food at the adjacent Casa de Lourdes was great. If you make it to Valle de Anton, make sure you do the India Dormida hike, it was spectacular. In my opinion, you only need about 2 days in the Valle to see and do the highlights.
