Hotel & Spa Bringué

A hotel located in the middle of nature, very quiet and typical. The decor of the hotel is modern unlike the rooms which are a little dated!!! The staff is competent. We had dinner twice at the hotel restaurant, the first time not great but the second time great!!! The spa is very pleasant.

We arrived as a family of 4 on half board The reception was not there, very few smiles We had asked for rooms side by side which was not done and the reception person m said that it was already good that they were on the same floor.. One of the rooms had a view of a window overlooking another room, a total opposite overlooking the interior of the hotel and the other window opposite the other hotel opposite the road no privacy!!!! The second bedroom has a view in front of the hotel and the road and the other window on the mountain side but under construction so waking up at 8:00 a.m. and the bathroom window opposite also so we left the curtains closed, no shower but bathtub With small shower screen so water in the bathroom Our room smelled of cigarettes and cigarette butts in the planters. No bottles of water on arrival surprising for a luxury hotel... On the other hand I have nothing to say about the meal, we were on half board... The dinners were perfect and very good choice, different every evening, gourmet and hearty at the same time, it was excellent, the cook is really top and the waiters are adorable, tissue napkins and several services ..; very classy and quiet restaurant. The hearty breakfast and very wide choice with fresh fruit I would just put a damper on the coffee not very good yet with the percolator but a "robusta" that tears I prefer the Nespresso coffee from the bar .... The bar is nice it all depends on who makes the cocktails, but otherwise if you come across the specialist the cocktails are perfect Attention think of the Spa in addition ... for a family of 4 it is not cheap ... We preferred "Caldea" in Andorra la Vella

Bon accueil, personnel volontaire et investi. Chambre propre, de bonne taille avec canapé et petite table, mini frigo, literie très confortable, et très belle vue sur la cascade pour la nôtre. Un parking privé extérieur gratuit disponible, nous avons pris le parking sécurisé en sous-sol, accessible même avec une voiture sportive basse et large (ascensseur à voiture). Le spa est top (sauna, hammam, multiples types de bains à remous) avec une vue splendide sur la montagne, 22€ pour 1h30 ça les vaut. Petit déjeuner très correct, bien fourni et de qualité. Le diner (compris dans le cadre de la demi-pension) présente un menu assez restreint (3 entrées/plats/desserts), entrée et plats de bonne qualité, desserts vraiment mauvais et sans intérêt malheureusement ... Néamoins rapport qualité/prix correct. A notre regret, le serveur a été désinvesti. Nous avons été installé d'un geste du bras vers une table de deux, sans un mot, sans présentation du menu/fonctionnement. Aucun effort de sa part n'a été fait pour communiquer avec nous malgré notre investissement de parler en français, anglais ou espagnol. A savoir que nous avons dîner en manteau car la salle de restaurant n'était pas assez chauffée... dommage car celle-ci était manifestement charmante. Cet hôtel offre malgré ces petites déconvenues un rapport qualité/prix/services proposés incroyable. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.
