Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant are all welcoming and accommodating. It feels like home. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. The location is close to restaurants and Los Angeles International airport.

The location is great, with many restaurants and stores close by. The hotel what you would expect, it serves its purpose. The room were clean but dark, not enough lighting for my taste. There was a strong sewer smell coming up from the shower. There was the same smell in my friends room, luckily ours wasn't as strong as theirs. The breakfast area does have a few items but it's very expensive. You are better off walking to the Starbucks across the street. The biggest problem was housekeeping. Two out of the 3 days that we were there there was no housekeeping service even when we requested in the front desk. When we called (3rd day) to complain the manager that they were short staffed and housekeeping was every other day. That didn't make sense because by that logic we would've had the service on the first and third days. Then we questioned why this policy wasn't explained upon check in, or when we requested the service. The manager got defensive and started yelling at my wife on the phone. We then requested towels from him which were never delivered. I had to call and talk to someone else to get the towels. Checking out there was one person at the front desk so I just handed my key card, needed to catch a flight. To my surprise the bill was charged wrong so had to call to get it straighten out. No one returned my call after I disputed the charges. I had to get in contact with Marriott customer service for it to get resolved. It seems the hotel's staff is either overwhelmed or just don't care. The encounter with the manager over the phone really put a sour taste. I would have to think twice to stay there again specially having so many choices around.Show less

Longtime Diamond member here- over 900 Hilton nights. Stayed here the week after the Super Bowl. Hotel had undergone a massive renovation for about a year when it opened a week before. I had stayed there in April 2013. Staff is typical Hilton quality- top drawer. Hotel is clean. Very quiet location but within walking distance of several eateries. So why the 3-stars? Whoever designed this remodel needs to be replaced. 1. Towels are not next to the shower. Better make sure you take the towel and put is next to the shower. Can't put it on the toilet as it is too far away. 2. No recharge or outlets next to the bed. My wife and looked and looked. Want to recharge your phone for the night? You can do it in another section of the room. Oh, let's hope you enjoy getting up out of the bed to answer your phone if it rings while you are asleep! 3. The worst part...... there are sensor lights in the bathroom AND the bed room which CANNOT be de-activated from turning on! The staff even came up and realized they could not be turned off. They do eventually go off after 5 minutes. You can also turn them off by hand- after you get up; but forget about just de-activiting them. Do enjoy waking up to bright light in your room when your companion goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night? Then you'll love this place. No nightlight in the bathroom when the lights are out. That was the easy fix for the bathroom anyway. On top of this, they ran out of waters for the customers. The room environment is very good and very comfortable. The surrounding environment is good. Opposite there is the famous local IN N OUT burger restaurant, which is said to be a must-eat burger in California. There is also a Chinese restaurant opposite, and the fried noodles are delicious.

The bed is very big, two big one and one nap are no problem, the facilities and equipment are relatively new, the hilton's are relatively good, the room is considered spacious, and the toiletries are very good.

This should not be called a hotel, it should be counted as a motel. Anyway, it will not surprise you. It can only be used for temporary accommodation to catch a flight. The price is not very high. If you have requirements for a hotel, don’t choose it. It is not the same as other hotels around the airport. comparability.

Great hotel. It's clean and comfortable. There are countless hotels near LAX. This one is in the next price bracket above the Motel 6 and such, but not nearly as expensive as a Hilton or Sheraton. I would come back here for a short stay anytime. The pool and free airport shuttle really sold it for me.

Clean quiet room, nice pool and hot tub, classic ”pre-COVID” complementary breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, bagels muffins etc. Fitness center was better than most hotels, that even included a rowing machine. Love the Hyatt appreciation of their guests.

We where exhausted and hungry after traveling from Florida to attend funeral related activities. We arrived at the AC hotel just a few minutes before the restaurants closed. Cesar was amazing. He took great car of our car and luggage so that we could make a late dinner. Thanks Cesar and the AC Hotel staff.

Good airport hotel with lots of restaurants nearby. Used their shuttle and it’s always on time. Check in and check out was fast. Bring your own slippers, nice shampoo conditioner and shower gel provided and bar soap. Could be cleaner but guess it’s good enough for this price.
