"It started off promisingly, with a smooth coordination for my pick-up at LAX, which pleasantly exceeded my expectations and set a hopeful tone for my stay. However, that initial positivity quickly faded. When I entered my room and opened the curtains, I was met with an unsightly view: a construction dumping site littered with open garbage bins and, shockingly, an exposed toilet. The thought of starting my mornings with coffee while staring at such a view was less than ideal. The next morning, as I tried to enjoy my coffee, the scene outside was impossible to ignore. I found myself unable to finish my coffee and went straight to the reception desk, feeling quite frustrated. I explained the situation to the manager, expressing my disappointment and requesting a different room. To her credit, she did her best to help by offering a room one floor up. While I appreciated her attempt, the ‘solution’ barely improved the situation. The same eyesore remained directly below, and I found myself avoiding the view entirely by only looking up at the sky instead. What could have been a comfortable, relaxing stay turned into one filled with frustration and disappointment. While the staff made an effort, it didn’t change the fact that each morning started with a grim reminder of the inadequate environment. The experience left a sour aftertaste, overshadowing any positives the hotel had to offer. With all of this in mind, I’m giving 2 stars. Sadly, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this experience to others."

"We stayed at this hotel for a total of three nights. It's very close to the airport and convenient for reaching the car rental center. Dining and getting gas were both very convenient. There's a large, free parking lot. The front desk service was excellent. The buffet restaurant is also quite spacious, though hotel breakfasts in this region are generally like this: no vegetables and cold milk. Hot water and coffee are available, however. Outside the lobby, there's a small, beautiful courtyard – a pleasant spot to relax for a bit. A gym is also located nearby. The only minor downside is that the room was quite small, feeling a bit cramped. However, it was well-equipped and very clean."

"We just stay for the night,but we brought 5 big luggage and there was no one to help us to bring them down and bring them to the room"

"It was a nice hotel I enjoyed my stay and the cleanliness was good but could be a little better. The tub was just dirty a bit. And room was not vaccumed. But overall it looked clean and it was nice hotel. Breakfast was great as well it was just American continental breakfast. Mini Muffins, mini bagels, few options of cereals, coffee, tea, juice, sausage, pancakes, French toast, potatoes, scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt and an omelet you can order and chef makes your eggs however you like. Good customer service it was nice. Great hotel overall especially happy hour time it was great."

"Parking fees are expensive. The room view is not good. It overlooks the waste site. In general, it is good and close to the airport. In general, it is worth returning again."

"The hotel located in quiet neighborhood. No shuttle bus from LAX so, I took Uber and cost about $35. (15 min. Ride in the early evening of weekday). On the way to LAX is about $16. There is a share ride from the airport to save some $$. No free bottle water in the room and I had to ask for tooth brush & paste at reception. Room was clean, has large bath room with tub and enough closet space. I wish they have shuttle service."

"Hotel was ok but very clean. Everything was tagged when disinfected due to the COVID-19 pandemic so that was very mind easing. I stayed there while construction was going on bc they are remodeling. It was noisy during the day bc of that so I checked out before checkout date. The staff there was kind and friendly. Special thanks to the front desk guy at night (don’t remember his name) for changing my daughter and I from a conjoining room to a regular room with no conjoining doors. I expressed that bc I am a woman, & it was just me and my 12 yr old daughter I did not feel comfortable with it and he switched our rooms WITHOUT HESITATION. Thank you sir! I wish I remembered your name! "

"Two 1.8-meter beds, a separate room and a bathroom, two rooms and two halls. More suitable for family travel. You can cook your own food. 5 minutes walk from the subway station. There is a steakhouse at the door, and the Mother’s market is around half an hour’s drive from the airport. It is a bus stop."

"Very nice and well equipped hotel. Breakfast was absolutely sufficient and delicious. Also the pool was super!"

"Hotel is fairly new and all the facilities seem to be in good condition. The location is quiet as it is next to a newly developed business park that is still empty. The parking lot gets full, but the staff was able to situate us in the overflow parking without issues."
