Stayed in one of the bungalows with incredible views, comfy beds, top-notch amenities. Did I mention the food? Chef Jorge is a genius utilizing the fresh grown produce and local fish & meats. Went to the Rum Tasting class with Anna who masterfully taught us in 2 languages. Morning yoga was delightful too. Walking/ hiking the nearby grounds and trails fulfilled all my senses as we were mesmerized by the meticulous landscape. This is a must- do getaway from the city and a wonderfully run Ecolodge. Cet écolodge est magnifique. Tout y est soigneusement étudié, on se réveille au son des oiseaux et on a une vue imprenable sur les environs. Beaucoup d'informations (le projet, la permaculture) et d 'activités sont proposées (marche, dégustation de chocolat ou de rhum), le tout avec le sourire. Les petits déjeuners et les repas sont exceptionnels. Du potager à la table ! On sait ce que l'on mange et c'est très bien préparé.
