Good location to reach Cadiz. Excellent service. Parking available.

We did not think it was right that the bar will close at 10:00 p.m. It does not give you the option of spending a while enjoying the night terrace.

It is a wonderful, cozy, clean hotel. The staff very nice. The facilities are very clean and the spa is amazing. The location is great, in a quiet place, close to the center and close to bus lines.

Everything was very good, we couldn't use the spa due to lack of time but they took great care of us and the rooms were also quite good, there is easy parking outside the hotel

One of the hotel experiences after many travels. Very clean and nice place, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. Excellent welcome. Good breakfast. We would definitely choose it again if we were to return. Highly recommended.

We booked the spa + 50 minute massage and it was great. On the one hand, the spa circuit had a heated pool with jets, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a shower with jets, jets and stones, and a mint sauna. But the best was the massage. The incredible attention, and the guy was an expert, made us enjoy a super relaxing massage.

One stay was from Wednesday to Sunday. A disaster since we arrived at the hotel, the air conditioning did not work and the only solution it gave us was a fan. They also invited us on 2 occasions to change rooms, but it was a general problem. After insisting, the hotel staff tells us that the owner will not solve it until Monday. We are aware that this type of thing can happen, but that it is not resolved for 5 days and 3 of them working days. It was outrageous, it was unbearable to be in the room in the middle of August and in the heat

Hôtel vieillot, juste pour dormir pas plus et encore... Vu qu'on entend tout, manque d'insonorisation. Bar fermé en journée, donc , il faut absolument sortir. Repas du soir correct pour le prix. Eau froide ou tiède, rarement chaude. Personnel agréable. Attention aux différents prix, j'ai payé 70€, et trois jours plus tard, je voyais 34€ pour la même chambre.

Hemos venido a pasar 5 noches y nos están sobrando todas. HORROROSO. El aire acondicionado no funciona, en pleno mes de agosto, y la habitación no baja de los 28°. La alternativa q nos dan es cambiar de habitación y todas están igual. Viejas y sucias. Es imposible descansar. ¿3 estrellas? no llega a la categoría de hostal.

Viejo y sucio, increíble que tenga 3 estrellas, no llega a una. Nunca más volveremos. Grandísima decepción, hemos venido con la familia y es una pesadilla. El aire acondicionado sin funcionar y están las habitaciones a un mínimo d 28 grados

¿Cómo es posible que un hotel en Andalucia en agosto no tenga aire acondicionado? Tiene un pequeño aire a temperatura ambiente y nos dan largas diciendo que funciona bien, y la habitación a casi 28 °C. Nos ha arruinado las vacaciones. Imposible descansar, imposible dormir. Lamentable.

Hotel en zona alejada del centro pero muy tranquilo y con fácil aparcamiento. Lo mejor sin duda es su limpieza y el personal, tanto en recepción como la camarera de los desayunos. Por cierto los desayunos merecerían algo de calidad. No digo ni mas variedad ni nada que no sea mejorar un poco la calidad por ejemplo de los embutidos que son muy pobres para no decir malos. El parking cuesta 8,80€ por noche y es amplio y cómodo. El Spa bien para ser un tres estrellas. Se le notan los años y necesitaría un lavado de cara pero la limpieza y el personal, suplen esa falta de puesta al día.
