If there is an extra charge of 3 euros for a cup of coffee at the hotel's breakfast, the customer should be informed in advance instead of showing the bill when checking out.
The breakfast is average, the transportation is inconvenient, and the hotel environment is OK.

I booked on their web site a suite described with private garden and terrace, 2 bathrooms, the most expensive on this hotel. I got a mini suite, no garden and a terrace directly on the hotel public path, and one bathroom. Poor explanations from the concierge and no price reduction. What a pity, the location is good, the public garden well kept, the room cleanlyness a bit less, and the staff at the restaurant very kind

what a pity it was such a nice hotel! with my wife we wanted to visit Palma and we chose on the web a hotel close to the city but quiet and isolated, this seemed perfect. we booked a suite with two bathrooms, terrace and private garden on the website of the same hotel, the most expensive of their types. the reservation was confirmed by the hotel, mentioning the private garden and terrace (not the two bathrooms). We arrived late, at 11 h p.m. , tired from the journey and we were escorted to a room and immediately fell asleep. the next day we verified that the room only had a bathroom, no private garden and a porch on the driveway used by guests to get to their rooms. our complaints on reception were unsuccessful nor was the due price reduction offered to us. the hotel garden was well kept, our room a bit less , the staff at the restaurant was kind and efficient.we recommend that you check the correctness of your booking.

We had a great stay here on a last minute decision. It was an absolute find. Read my full review below for full details of what's on offer and why we loved it. Things to expect - Short drive from the airport Great access to Palma and Arenal Close to the biggest water park in Mallorca, for kids big and small Really friendly but relaxed staff Peace and quiet Clean and tidy rooms Your room gets tidied whilst you're at breakfast which is a treat to come back to an ordered space and be ready for the day A great selection for the breakfast buffet Good food/fantastic desserts A well stocked bar and nicely served Good app system to order food and beverages by the pool Decent WiFi Good quality local shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and body lotion. You should not have to bring your own. Loads of bathroom bits and pieces in case you forget your toothbrush Really well kept salt pool (a big plus in our books) Nicely groomed grounds with well established trees and plants Whilst we stayed there was good mix of guests, but most people kept to themselves. There was live local music on the Saturday night, it wasn't expected and was excellent. We had the perfect stay, the hotel was full when we were there, but it never felt busy. We'll be back for sure, thanks to the staff and owners for a fabulous stay

Had an amazing stay here. All the staff are super friendly and accommodating! Alex, who worked at the front desk was especially helpful in providing us recommendations for day trips, restaurants and activities! Would definitely stay here again.

This place is more than just accommodation. The genuinely warm and personalized service stood out, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Special thanks to massage therapist at the hotel. Also huge thanks to chef and other restaurant stuff. You guys are awesome 😌 100% coming back and will take my tennis racket with me 😏 Warm regards, Kai from Finland

Excellent hotel. Very clean, calm with beautiful surroundings. Great breakfast and tasty dinner options. Special mention to super pleasant staff. Highly recommended if you look for relaxing time in a rural landscape but close to the city.

Just 10 minutes outside Palma but a different world. This to a peaceful rural retreat with excellent service. Patricia and Romana on reception could not have been more helpful. The pool area is delightful with excellent changing facilities and comfortable sun loungers. The gardens are attractive and it was a pleasure to have an evening drink at the table and chairs outside our room. Breakfast and evening meal very enjoyable and excellent service from Albert. The hotel closes in August for refurbishment but I hope they retain its charm.
