Our experience was very disappointing and we ended up forfeiting two nights as the situation was untenable for us. The website states the hotel is beachfront. It is not. It says it is located approximately 10 minutes from downtown Valencia. It is not, it is 45 minutes by bus. It is one of several hotels and semi-abandoned high rises in a somewhat abandoned resort area. Most importantly, it lists 3 restaurants within walking distance. None are open, the nearest restaurant for dinner was a 4 km walk each way. (I noticed that the hotel updated this part of their website after my expression of surprise and dismay.) It was a $350 mistake to book with this hotel. Lesson learned.

Very clean hostel, very well maintained, there is no staff, which is a bit of a pain, but it is easy to do everything, the cafeteria is super expensive and the only bad thing is that the town is not a town, it is a hamlet and it is a pain in the ass, there is absolutely nothing and if you go by bus like we did without a car, it is a horrible 50 minutes because there are not even taxis.

My husband and I spent one night in this hostel. Everything was very clean. But we couldn't take a shower because the shower didn't have any water. There was no one to turn to, because there is no staff. Everything works with codes that are sent by email on the day of check-in. I think they should check everything before renting out rooms. For the rest, everything is fine. There is free parking.

ik vond het echt een nare plek. Verlaten, leeg, oud en sfeerloos. Ik heb dit direct de avond van mijn aankomst eerlijk gedeeld. Is niet makkelijk en leuk. Maar ik had voor 6 nachten geboekt :-( en wilde hierover overleggen. Ik stelde voor 1 nacht te blijven en dat ze me dan 3 nachten mochten rekenen (3 nachten restitutie). Leek me eerlijk voorstel 50/50. Was niet mogelijk was dan mijn fout bij boeken. Het werd me duidelijk niet verder in discussie te willen. Ik vind de foto's van het hotel niet overeenkomen met de werkelijke situatie en hoe ze dan omgaan met mijn verhaal zegt voor mij zoveel. Ik zou mensen willen behoeden hier te boeken. Zonde van je tijd en geld!
