Housekeeping didn’t tidy/throw trash out, despite being asked 4 different times. Cup noodles were expired. Receptionist was rude.

Great place I had booked here after a horrible experience somewhere else and this place was amazing turned my whole trip around thank you!! Great staff and great hotel !!! Definitely recommending to everyone!

We have to change room for 3 times. Told the front desk we want to be away from elevator but she gave us a room next to elevator. The second time, A/C is super old with a lot of noise. The light on night stand didn't work. The third time, AC is fine, light works but the faucet on the bathtub is in poor condition and leaking as well. The front desk lady is like ice lady, not too much respond for the issue, can not even say hello to customers.

Room had no hot water. Asked for another room, night attendant said he couldn’t as the only available rooms were in a different price tier. Called hotels for a refund and they would not do it as the manager at the hotel stated that we had hot water. I’ll never stay again and am starting to 2nd guess using hotels anymore since they sold out.

Didn’t have key cards for rooms so desk person had to let you in each time you exited. Broken tiles in bathroom, Stains on couch and carpet. Bed and begging were nice though. Breakfast was just ok.

we asked for a room with a pull-out couch which we did get for our son to sleep on, but they would not give us any sheets, blankets, or pillows for it even though they knew we needed to use it when we had reserved that room months in advance. they told us that they had ran out of everything for the extra bed.
