Great location for a skiing or hiking trip. Nice rooms and extensive breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly enough to allow a late check-in because of the bad road circumstances (snow). Below the hotel are several shops that are perfect for duty free shopping.

We've just returned from a week-long holiday and unfortunately, there is nothing positive we can say about the hotel. First, we were "welcomed" by an extremely rude receptionist (blonde "lady") and every interaction with her was quite a painful experience. I can't understand how can anyone be this rude to another person for no reason, not to mention a customer. The rooms were very small - we had 2 and both felt like living in a closet. The beds were quite old and not very comfortable. The walls were paper thin - we could hear our neighbors use their bathroom. The breakfast was very simple and it seemed the chef lucked any imagination, budget, or most likely both. The juices never saw any fruit. Generally, there were a lot of items containing mostly conservants , food dyes, and sugar. Scrambled eggs were tasteless. No matter how much / or little they charge, they should be ashamed to charge anything whatsoever for the services they provide.

I was very nervous about going to this hotel after reading the reviews so had very low expectations. I couldn't have been more wrong! It was absolutely great! Great staff, great food, location and rooms. The only annoying thing that was true from the reviews was the noise of the lift at night times, so I'd advise asking for a room away from the lifts and do end up near them, go buy some ear plugs! Great hotel, food is good and the staff are nice. The bar is really great in the evenings too.

I’ve been Pas a dozen times over the years and stayed at perhaps 6-8 apartments and hotels.in this time. I was here in Dec and stayed just 100m away in another hotel. So, if you’ve not been Pas, once you enter the town where this hotel is immediately located, it’s a 10-15min walk to the slops in a slight up hill. They have lockers but I would suggest hire a locker at slope side so the walk up is easier. My teenage kids and myself done this daily, as did I in December with friends in their 50+60s and it makes life a lot easier. Parking can be done immediately outside for 9.95 daily BUT you need the exact coin and shop will not help. Alternatively 100m behind the hotel is the swimming pool and main car park, which costs around 25 a day and can be left overnight etc. there are other parking places with similar costs around town. The rooms are typical ski hotel rooms. Free water bottles, shower gel, hairdryer and TV (only 3 English news channels) so kids won’t be happy…if you can get them off their phones. Our window overlooked the main road but you can’t hear noise and with the sun coming through we actually had it open from time to time. The kids had a rear room looking at a wall. The reception has seating for perhaps 20 with a bar. Walking through this is a much large seating area of the restaurant. We had breakfast included which there is a standard buffet to choose from. Coffee machine, fresh orange juice, simple fruits, meats-cheese, breads and fried egg-bacon-beans. They do a 18euro buffet dinner which we did look at, but it maybe had 10 choices and was not appealing on the eye, so we chose to eat out. It’s a decent hotel, clean and spacious. I had 2 “observations” we returned one day and the room had not been made up! But they had taken all of our towels. When we reported it, it was solved in 2 mins with the towels but not made the bed or replaced toilet rolls, motives bins, the other room was fine. The cooked breakfast is a low quality, boiled eggs one day that were cold…cold, fried eggs still having uncooked white in them, hotdog (sausages) over cooked which I think is light fried and the worse…scrambled egg, this was broken fried egg at a guess. The reason for being poor, being it was dry but covered in cooking oil. Please be advised, scrabbled egg is not fried and should be moist (at least in England). The dropping of the star, is cook food quality and the room cleaning - although only one day. You won’t get Mountain View’s, unless you lean out and have the front rooms but plenty of shops 100m away, slopes 600m away, main bars and restaurants 500m

We had a lovely holiday here. The staff were great, the lady on reception in the morning was so lovely. She really made the holiday for my son, she taught him how to play Pokémon. The food was good, always lots of choice in the evening. It did get a little same same after a week. The breakfast was fine also. The rooms were clean, and well maintained. The walls were a little thin I got woken up a few times with people coming in from the bars in the evening. Not to much of a hard walk up to the slopes with all the gear.

Hassle free , fast check in / check outs , staff were very welcoming and approachable . The staff were 5/5. food was basic but there was enough of a selection for everyone . the hotel was noisy at points ( noisy lift and rooms being close together ) but this 100% didn’t effect our holiday . Our room was cleaned every day ( spotless and fresh ) the staff were super helpful if we needed anything else . Location was 5/5 . Free lockers supplied for the length of our stay along with an area to leave our luggage when we checked out due to a late bus ride back to the airport . Awesome value for money : highly recommend ( remember you pay for what you get ) 100% will return .

Arrived at 14:40 and made our way to the hotel reception. The receptionist was extremely rude and abrupt. She didn't say hello, welcome, please, thankyou... All she said was WAIT, CHECK-IN IS 1500. We did finally check-in but the receptionist has a really attitude/major lack of customer service skillset. I thought it might be just us but after speaking to many people I found that she's rude to everyone. NOT THE BEST START TO OUR HOLIDAY! Rooms - Very small and basic but did the job! Breakfast - Great choice of continental breakfast cuisine with juices and coffee. Overall it was actually very good. Noise - The hotel is very noisy and they don't have any security at night. Which basically means it's a free for all when large groups return in the early hours. Location - Pas is a very small ski resort so everything is close by. Shops, restaurants and bars etc were a stones throw away.
