Everyone was very nice and helpful. The spa massage was great. The pool was nice. We were able to book the private island hopping tour and rent a scooter right at the reception, which was very convenient. Everything was clean. There is a complimentary transfer to the papaya beach. We would recommend staying here.

Our room was very nice, clean and large. The location of the hotel with the private beach was of course the absolute highlight. The staff was super friendly. Kayaks etc. could be borrowed for free, which is also a big plus. Unfortunately, there was only boiled coffee at breakfast, you had to pay extra for the rest - I find it really sad at the price. Likewise, the staff is sometimes very slow. When I sit alone at the pool bar and have to wait 15 minutes for my coke + have to point it out again, it's really a shame.

I understand why reviews of this hotel are so mixed. I first stayed in the newer part - a beautiful room on the 3rd floor, overlooking the beach. The room was clean, new and sparkling. There was a modern key card lock system, a fabulous bathroom and great views. Then, I was transferred to a room in the older section. Here, the bathroom had only a hand held shower head, the grout was discolored and the water didn't drain well, leaving me standing in a puddle while using the sink. The wood furniture and floor was scuffed and worn. The door lock used a key and was a bit flimsy. That said, it had a balcony overlooking the beach that offered the same great views. Avoid the first floor, as others have said, because people walk by on the way to breakfast and there is little privacy. El Nido beach is very busy, with walkers, vendors, even motorcycles, so be sure to get a higher floor.

My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. Great pool with a great view - despite the water is not the clean. The room is nice, however the automatic lights in the bathroom is a inconvenient at night… breakfast is good. Due to the design of the hotel, it is very noisy from 6:30am and is a real barrier to a good sleep. Not too far from the center - 100php with tricycle.

Nacpan Beach Resort and Sunmai Restaraunt were truly pleasant surprise in the quality and location on the very quiet Nacpan Beach. The four km long beach is the most beautiful and clean beach I’ve visited in Asia. White sand, excellent service and resort facilities and still some original untouched parts along the beach when you walk a bit further from the village. Simply amazing! We enjoyed the friendly staff, relaxing massage, delicious foods and cold drinks right by the beach. It was also lovely to see the resort management and staff taking care of the surrounding community and animals; there’s a turtle nesting cottages as the beach is also a nesting beach for many turtle species, and the resort allows the stray dogs wander around the facility. Be kind and kindness comes to you ❤️

A real mixed bag here, the location is good and the rooms are large, clean, beds comfortable and the ac works well. The staff are friendly. Those are the positives. The food, breakfast in particular is atrocious for a hotel in this price range the restaurant staff idle about playing on their phones. The rooms were cleaned very late in the day on several occasions. The internet is weak from the rooms.Whilst the front desk staff are friendly they are pretty clueless and on wanting to escalate certain issues I am told that the management are based in Puerto Princessa. With good management and a complete overhaul of the menu and some internet boosters this could be a great hotel.

Staying in a tent hotel for the second time, the first time in Taiwan, it is not disappointing at all. The tent is surrounded by tropical plants and feels very private. The tent is not brand new, but there are no mosquitoes. We stayed in the tent closest to the beach. It takes less than 1 minute to walk to the beach and the gradient blue sea, super beautiful! There is also a small space in front of the tent, perfect for taking pictures everywhere! The only problem is the poor road. Lying in front of my small balcony, watching the starry sky at night makes people feel incredible. Sleeping and listening to the rhythm of the waves gently beating is really super comfortable. The tent is air-conditioned, so you don’t need to be afraid of waking up from the heat, but it will light up until it is true. It is recommended to wear an eye mask to sleep, otherwise people who are more sensitive to light will get up at 6 o'clock! For dinner, I will go to a restaurant and bar in another district. The food is much better than the town’s. The cocktails are super gorgeous and delicious, so I’m not afraid of being hungry.

It is a hotel very close to the beach and close to the excursions that leave from the port, many places to dine, nice pool. I had problems when I arrived with the internet connection, TV working badly, hot water, etc; finally, due to insistence, they upgraded me to a bigger room but with cleaning and maintenance problems as well. Forgettable breakfast. I think it is a hotel with great potential due to its location and facilities, but they should pay attention to the details of cleaning, maintenance and so on, instead of naming everything in the hotel (even the toilet tank cover), manage it with Someone who has been in a large hotel chain to see all the shortcomings as today it seems to be run by families with no experience in hotel quality.

We booked this place for a resort that we can unwind in. We aren’t ones to complain so please read this review and pick another place. El Nido is beautiful and there are some lovely resorts and accomodation around. The Orange Pearl is not this. The service is terrible. The manager is rude and doesn’t help with anything at all, even just asking for clean sheets and towels after our room wasn’t serviced like he said it would be multiple times. Music starts blaring from 7am so no relaxing at all. This is for their breakfast which is poor to say the least as we chose not to eat there after trying it on the first day. The restaurant is nothing great either The best part about the room is the aircon which works well. We are the closest room to the main reception area and we don’t get any wifi and neither do any of the other rooms. There is no coverage in any of the rooms either. The bathroom smells like sewage and the drains don’t work so prepare for the bathroom to flood when you shower. The location is right on the beach which is lovely but it also means you sit on your small balcony and get harassed by people selling things whenever you’re outside of your room which we understand around town but it’s a pain when you’re trying to read or relax. Overall this place is just not like some of the other places around the Phillipines we have stayed and so I’d recommend to stay away from it.
