From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support. The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. A very thoughtfully designed hotel. The sanitary conditions are very good. The hotel staff are very helpful. There is a Uni-President Group restaurant next to the hotel, which has a little bit of all kinds of cuisine and is delicious. The island hopping tour provided by the hotel is also very fun.

I came to this resort by myself and the staff have been incredible. The room is very clean with stunning views. Chef Raph make the best food ever! He is a very experienced chef with a very customer friendly attitude. He made food with some twist to make my experience unique. I live in Los Angeles around a lot Mexican tacos, his chicken tacos were the best I ever had. He made some fresh shrimp in a sauce that tasted so fresh and delicious. He connect the background of the guest with the beautiful location we are at through a food journey!

The environment is very beautiful, the rooms are large, and the facilities are very user-friendly. For example, there is a flushing faucet at the door of the room, so you can rinse the sand off your feet before entering the house. The service is particularly good, every waiter you meet will greet you warmly. Pay attention to needs and provide services at all times while eating. The only downside is that the food in the restaurant is on the salty side. The three dishes I ordered for dinner were all very salty, and all the salty foods at breakfast were also very salty!

Our room was very nice, clean and large. The location of the hotel with the private beach was of course the absolute highlight. The staff was super friendly. Kayaks etc. could be borrowed for free, which is also a big plus. Unfortunately, there was only boiled coffee at breakfast, you had to pay extra for the rest - I find it really sad at the price. Likewise, the staff is sometimes very slow. When I sit alone at the pool bar and have to wait 15 minutes for my coke + have to point it out again, it's really a shame.
