We received an upgrade, which was nice. However, the bathroom in our room did have a sewage smell, especially after a shower.

Some people, including my wife, complained about the mold smell. I had no problem.
All the things are ok, from my point of view. I think all the people who made negative reviews came expecting conditions for a 4* hotel. For a 3* everything was ok.

It was perfect stay! Breakfast was delicious and a lot of choices, staff was nice and helpful on every step, but the best was pool area on the roof top with the view. If your coming to El Nido, that homer is worth to stay

Please do not stay here, or come with aspirin as the hotel staff will give you a headache😡🙆🏽♀️🥺
1. They didn’t have face and floor towels, I requested that they send sone to my room. They gave me very old and dull towels which looked like they were used in 1950’s. Face towels were torn.
2. I complained about that but they ignored me until the next day. They still brought very old and sirty towels and I asked them to cancel my booking, that’s where I got new better towels but they were still very dull.
3. The hotel reciption is insanely loud, breakfast was ok and cery basic.
4. They didn’t clean my room even after 100 times of asking…..
5. Gym is very small, infact… they changed a standard room into a gym limited equipments🙄🙄🙄
DO NOT STAY HERE, worst hotel ever

The resort is very beautiful. The panoramic pool from the cliff has amazing views! We had a nice view too, from our room (Deluxe). The room was spacious and beautiful, with high tech fancy light switches. Automatic curtains with switch.
The food at the restaurant was nice.
Something unexpected was, the pillow case had holes and yellow marks, when we said to the staff about it, the lady was surprised of why this is even a problem... Anyway they changed it for us... the pool towels were very tired and with marks too.
There is not attention to detail, the maintenance of the resort is of a very low standards, a quick half repainting of the walls ( I am saying this as a professional in renovations).
Anyway, overall we had a nice stay.

Nice pool view. Hotel is bit far from center so need taxi or drive motorbike. Room are on the smaller side but still decent. Clean and decent but for from luxury stay. A decent 3 star hotel.

The location is good and their facilities is awesome. However, i felt disappointed to the smell of the lobby it smells off and feels like dirty because there’s a lot of flies flying everywhere & I don’t know why. Also the cushions and set also in the main lobby looks dirty. This is the first impression of mine thinking that this is one of the luxury resorts in El nido. It would be appreciated if their lobby is clean and smells nice because as a guest this would be there’s first impression upon entering in the hotel.
