The room we where we were booked in had faulty AC so we were given another room but I woke up thinking it was morning but it was only 4 am there was too much light entering the room from glass blocks outside dining lights.
Change back to the original room after AC was repaired.
The only other problem was that the WiFi didn't work 90% of the time (this is also needed for the TV) .

the staff are very friendly and helpful. the beds were comfy. the air-con worked well. the location was ideal. our shower drain was blocked on the first day but we reported it and it was sorted immediately.

The structure is old and dilapidated with huge mice that turn undisturbed, swallowing nests with egg poop The room is a real crap without a wardrobe and ceiling with moldy painting Not to mention the bathroom an indescribable thing, No WiFi.

The place was suitable for travelers looking for cheap accommodation. It was very basic, the staff was very friendly. I’d recommend it for a budget stay.

pros: clean room, available hot water, friendly stuffs
cons: tooo noisy like too noisy 24/24, if it's not coming from the motorcycles it's coming from ppl chatting, we couldn't really sleep,
unfixed bathroom socket,
no blanket,
they don't offer drinkable water or other amenities.

The location is very accessible near to the road. But the entire room is not really as good, di masyado na maintain ang cleanliness ng property.

Not well kept. The place is full of dogs and birds nests everywhere which translate into a very dirty and noisy environment. The rooms are not nice and bathroom bad.
No WiFi.
