Location is the only highlight. Keeping in mind other hotels nearby, the hotel has cleanish rooms (with slight weird smell) and cleanish washrooms with spots on toilet seat and old shower with no water heating. Overall the stay was ok, but not worth the money spent.

Great location, dated hotel but very clean, very helpful staff. Frequent brownouts in town add it gets very hot with the windows closed. If you like to sleep late, be aware a church is right nextdoor and the services are heard in there rooms.
I would definitely stay here again.

Very professional staff including of there security guard name Wilson Pintolo, sana tumagal pa Ang guard Nayan hotel Nayan Kase sobrang mabait niya, syempre pati narin Po ang mga staff Ng hotel pero need Po talaga I fix Ang mga issue Sa hotel tulad Ng mga di gumaganang aircon
