The villa is designed for 4 people, but in fact it can accommodate one family. There is one bedroom and the beds are located next to each other. The hotel consists of glamping (tents), a 3-story building with standard rooms, small villas and larger two-story villas. I was surprised that during cleaning they did not replenish the minibar, tea, coffee, and water. The cost of the villa is approximately $350/day. The beach is beautiful and if you go left from the hotel you can be completely alone.

We loved this place! So nice staying in our own little villa right on the beach with all of the comforts. Such a beautiful and quiet 4km long beach that is great for walking and swimming. Perhaps the nicest beach we have ever stayed on in 30 yrs of travel. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Short walk in the sand to their restaurant serving tasty food, We definitely want to stay here again!

We were at Nacpan Beach Villa 2 weeks ago to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we had an incredible experience with the resort’s staff and to the resort itself. Merla and Hazel at the reception’s desk are 2 of the amazing people who gave us a top- notch service. The food in the resort’s restaurant are excellent. Our servers especially Lee Anne are very attentive to our needs. Above all, we’re so grateful to Arthur, the resort’s manager for doing the best he can by setting up a tent by the sand along the beach close to the shore with all the fancy lights and table decorations to celebrate my husband’s birthday for just the two of us, away from the crowd. That was very romantic and special. Thank you Arthur. That experience with be in our hearts forever.

We stayed three nights here upon arriving in the Philippines. There is a very bumpy track to get to the resort but once there you feel like you are in a bubble. We stayed in the two story villa which was an upgrade as we wanted air conditioning, would recommend this as very hot. Our villa was amazing, very clean, you can tell there has been a lot of money spent on these villas, I loved the Dyson hair dryer! It is on the front of the beach and they have sun-beds on the beach for guests only. There isn’t a pool or restaurant in the hotel area but you can use the pool at the sister hotel next door, the Nacpan Beach Glamping hotel pool. The restaurant Sunmai is owned by the same group and you can go there for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner.

Firstly Nacpan Beach is a beautiful surf beach - don’t expect calm waters. It seems very safe to swim and you can easily relax past the breakers. Nacpan Beach Villas are a great option. Very clean and tidy and fresh- best fluffy white towels I’ve had at any hotel in the world!!!!! The bed is large and extremely comfortable. Bathroom is excellent- small but perfect! And the electric toilet! Say no more! The restaurant is a stroll to the next door property and perfect for delicious breakfast and sunset drinks and dinner. Local restaurants further down the beach.

I visited Philippine for the first time, here for a friend’s weeding. This is a beautiful beach front resort, clean room friendly staff. Special shoutout to Marv, very polite very helpful and he is a great singer! I stayed at the vila, but there is also option for clamping!

We had great stay in Nacpan Villas, one of the best hotel we've stayed at. Villa is clean and spacious. And what made our stay memorable are the staffs. All of the staffs are courteous and very hospitable, everyone greets you with a smile and always extend assistance when needed. Superb service! Will recommend this place to our friends.

What a beautiful place the beach is stunning absolutely couldn’t fault the place and service received. Front desk go above and beyond. Room was cleaned every day and fantastic! 30 mins into town and would recommend private driver JayMar his knowledge and helpfulness is brilliant. No issues with cleanliness or bugs, beach flies etc. Napcan beach is near Leo beach - this resort is the one!
