Beautiful hotel inside and out with great gardens and pool. Drawbacks were repetitive breakfast with same cake 5 days in a row had to ask for normal things like butter and jam, indifferent service, no cereal. Too many rules with restrictive dinner hours only from 8 to 9 pm.

We love this hotel. Quiet, beautiful gardens, friendly service, comfortable and spacious rooms. There are several other things in the same complex, including a very, very good restaurant. Its friendly architecture with wood and atmosphere that invites quietness and rest. Surrounding and enveloping the place are the beautiful hills that lead to the Elqui Valley. It is located in a small and adorable town with typical buildings of old Chile.

He alojado en el hotel tres años consecutivos, la última vez en enero de este año. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y relajante. Las habitaciones y baños están muy bien cuidados, son amplios y limpios, el entorno es muy agradable gracias a los jardines. No hay minibar en la habitación, pero si mantienen disponible té y café en el pasillo. La estadía incluye el desayuno y 30 minutos en cama de jade de masajes. Además hay acceso a piscina del hotel y spa y opción de masajes pagados. Es un muy buen lugar para relajarse y desconectarse. Dentro del mismo complejo está el restaurante Hornitos del Molle que tiene una excelente cocina y la cervecería Ruta 41. Mi experiencia con la atención del personal ha sido bastante buena.

Un lugar precioso. Impresiona la especialidad amplia y luminosa. Jardines llenos de pajaron y llenos de flores! Los cerros en torno. Un gusto caminar o sentarse al sol otoñal y contemplar . Muy bien atendido . Dormitorio y baño muy cómodo . Cama exquisita.

El lugar es muy agradable, rodeado de arboles y mucha vegetacion. Nos alojamos por 5 dias en una de las cabañas cuadradas (6), muy bien equipada, pero si les hace falta mantencion a las instalaciones, sobre todo el baño que estaba muy descuidado, los closet, muebles de cocina en general estan a mal traer. Cada sector tiene su piscina independiente con areas para tomar sol con reposeras y mesas con sus sillas y quitasol para comer comodamente. La cervecería ofrece además comida rápida y la cerveza es muy rica además a un muy buen precio. El desayuno es bastante contundente el pan es casero , además ofrecen cafe de grano tipo americano y además bebidas calientes típica, huevo palta jamón y queso y queque casero. Jugo natural y fruta o cereal con yogurt. Todo bien fresco y muy amables en su atención. Un gusto pasar por el refugio el molle. Lleven repelente hay zancudos.

Fuimos unos días con la alternativa de 4 días 3 noches al Hotel. Nos atendieron muy bien, amables y diligentes en cada momento, preocupación por los detalles, limpieza y armonía. Muy buena alternativa para descansar. Respecto a la comidas, los desayunos contundentes aunque se extrañaron algunos productos locales. Almuerzos muy variados y contundentes. La cena bien planificada y con diversas opciones. Recomendable, volveríamos a ir nuevamente. Faltaron días.

Estamos en una de sus cabañas,el olor del baño a desagüe se pasa en toda la cabaña, la tabla de cocina está vieja y sucia,el baño tiene hongos,la piscina está muy bien y las áreas verdes, esperaba un poco más, no es caro pero tampoco económico siento que lo del olor a desagüe se puede gestionar pero es muy desagradable , el desayuno es bien completo bueno
