Very very very very disappointed with this hotel which is one of the most expensive, no right to go up to the room with food or even a drink, if you exceed the departure time, it's 1000da more per hour, the cleaning lady who opens your room for you at 8:30 a.m. and leaves the door open. I sat at the bar to have a coke, I never got it, zero service!!! Very unpleasant staff, a deposit of 10,000 da is requested during checking, I don't know why. Je suis vraiment habitué à cet hôtel, ça fait la 4 ème fois que je sejourne ici, juste passer la nuit et le lendemain je pars à l'aéroport. Étant donné que cet hôtel est à côté de l'aéroport. En plus il propose une navette ( aéroport). Mais malheureusement, cette fois sera la dernière fois, pas de changement vers le positive. Ça dégringole. La saleté des chambres cette fois ci c'est horrible! Pas de navette pour le vendredi pour aller à l'aéroport. Le home service cest des voleurs pizza Marguerite 1000dz en plus pas de serviettes. Les cris, les disputes la nuit, ça fait peur surtout pour les enfants. Le personnel de la réception ( pas de politesse, ils ne sont pas accueillants). Quelle déception. J'avais hâte de finir la nuit et de partir en courant. En plus la piscine si vous voulez nager avec une tenue pudique vous ne pourriez pas c'est interdit. C'est vraiment à fuire!!!
