Creek Hotel and Residences El Gouna

First and foremost I had an amazing experience at the Creek Hotel. I was traveling by myself and the staff made sure I was always well taken care of during my whole stay. Everything in the hotel was very convenient and I was treated with kindness all the time. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was polite and very friendly. My flight landed very late on my arrival day and I had asked in advance, if it was possible to get something to eat even after dining hours and was assured that that was no problem. To my surprise, when I arrived around 11pm I was seated in the restaurant and greeted by two servers and allowed to order anything off the menu I wanted. I was feeling terrible, because the staff had to stay longer for me, but everyone was extremely friendly. At this point I would like to give a special shout-out to my two favorite F&B hosts Mohamed Fadl und Mohamed Lotfy. They were absolutely amazing and every dinner was fun and I was well taken care of. I felt like a VIP :) Since the hotel was not too busy at the time I visited I had the pleasure to order breakfast and dinner off the a-la carte menu and everything was always prepared a-la minute. Also the breakfast crew was very attentive and made guest feel special. The food and drinks were always very tasty. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean in all areas. The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connection in the public areas. But, at the same time, the missing service in some areas lets to disconnect from your devices and enjoy your vacation. Overall a very great experience and I would definitely stay at the Creek hotel again.

I love the place because of its location and services i also recommend it because of the wonderful staff especially mr ihab ahmed who was very supportive and cooperative and helped me to finalize my booking. This gave me a very good indication about the quality of service and staff offered in the hotel.

Traveled with some friends for the weekend. We had a wonderful weekend at the Creek. We had the rooms with the pools facing the lake and they were very comfortable and the view was beautiful. They accommodated us when asked to have the rooms next to each other. Service was superb with Obama greeting us the first day and making sure we settled right in. … no request was too much. Our room attendant was also very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and that all our room needs were met. The breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from. We ordered room service several times and again the service was top notch. The Creek is a beautiful property and anyone staying here will be very satisfied.

it's a new hotel good in every things the stuff are amazing specially Maher .wagdy and rageb are very helpful if I have the chance I will come back again the area is very nice the water is very clean the food very delicious the prices are very good

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service from everyone. Food was great and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Special shout out to our waiter Nour who had a positive energy and the food and beverage manager Obama. You can tell they really take pride in their work. Excellent service and couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Its amazing hotel for relaxing and enjoying , food is testy at breakfast and dinner , and drinks also It has a attractive view and atmosphere, room it has modern design, thanks for Mr Obama and his team , definitely we will come back highly recommended

Amazing place, super clean, very attentive, 5 mins from everything and the view is amazing Breakfast was diverse and tasty and had aloooot of variety, decided to come back next month. Obama and mina were extremely helpful and friendly. Amazing stay

Lovely hotel, great staff (Nour). And especially if you wake surf, you are right next to one of the largest wake parks in this hemisphere. Perfect!
