This hotel is a gem hidden half way down the San Juan river in Nicaragua. It’s directly on the river and its restaurant has great views of the boats and wildlife. The hotel is clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The owners are sisters for whom nothing is too much trouble. The food was good and the beer cold. A great base for exploring the area.

This was an absolutely wonderful hotel. It is located right on the Rio San Juan and the rooms are spacious and clean. The location and layout of the room makes you feel like you are simultaneously on a boat and a tree house! The owners are so friendly and helpful and really do their best to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The food they serve in their restaurant is delicious.

This town is half way along the San Juan river between Lake Nicaragua and the Caribbean coast. The hotel is spotlessly clean and sits alongside the river. Spacious room, good a/c, comfy large bed and bathroom. Good breakfasts, many options for dinner, good bar and lovely staff.

Julia & Nena go all out to make you feel comfortable and they provide wonderful meals! Beautiful location right on the Rio San Juan. Peaceful, enjoyable vacation spot. Gracious, friendly, accommodating staff. Nice air conditioned rooms with hot water.

Das Frühstück mit Blick auf dem Fluss war der erste Highlight am Tag. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das WLAN war überraschend sehr flott, obwohl ich mein Zimmer in der höhere Etage hatte. Ausblick auf der "Promenade" und Fluß war möglich. Das Restaurant war gut, aber es hatte feste Öffnungszeiten.

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Hotel Victoria in El Castillo verbracht. Das Hotel ist wunderschön am Fluss gelegen und sehr sauber. Die Inhaberinnen sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist lecker. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir bekamen nette Hinweise auf Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Unser Zimmer im ersten Stock erlaubte uns einen schönen Ausblick auf den Fluss einerseits und auf die Fussgängerstrasse aus dem anderen Fenster.

Es un hotel gerenciado por 2 hermanas las que han hecho del hotel victoria el lugar perfecto para que uno se sienta en casa. Disfrutamos mucho mis 2 hijos y yo el tour a la reserva Indio Maiz con el guia don secundino, conocedor de la zona, respetuoso y muy amable. La verdad todos los colaboradores son espectaculares asi tambien los que estan atendiendo en el hotel. Es definitivamente el MEJOR lugar para disfrute total de la zona: comida,higiene, atencion y hasta servicio de vivero .......muy recomendadisimo........
