"It has an amazing lake view, but a bit further from the center which makes it a bit hard to walk back and forth to eat etc but if you don’t mind that then it’s perfect.
Lucia at the front desk is incredibly helpful and knows everything you need about the places you want to visit.
It’s clean and comfy.
Only there is no hairdryer and also it can be a bit noisy if you face the road from passing motorcycles at night, but that’s only an issue for light sleepers like me, while my friend was not affected at all.
Overall worth the stay and a good spot to use as your base."

"The location of the hotel is OK, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the bus station and the city center! The facility looks like an old-fashioned 3-star domestic facility, and the sanitation is decent; the breakfast is so-so, not even eggs, and they are all fixed types!"

"Very welcoming front desk guy, enthusiastically guiding us to buy tickets for Glacier Park online (in Spanish it is a bit difficult indeed), saving us the queue time when driving into the park.
Despite the power outage on the second night of the stay, it was quickly restored in about half an hour. Enjoying the lake green Argentine lake flowing down from the glacier national park and the sky in circles of strong winds in front of the window, it seems to be back to the Antarctic eight years ago..."

"The location is very good, five minutes walk from the main street and supermarket. The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, the facilities are a bit old but the function is normal. Public spaces such as the lobby are well planned"

"The location of the hotel is good, in a better location in the town, very close to shopping boutiques and restaurants, there is a clinic at the back of the hotel called Doctor Ma Tiannis, I was sick when I stayed at the hotel, and I went to the clinic behind the hotel to ask for consultation, very fast, I saw the doctor and went to the opposite pharmacy to dispense medicine. The hotel room is still a spacious hotel breakfast, and it is delicious. Provide Argentine-style bread, and there are a lot of fruit, juice. Because the hotel has heating, and the winter in Argentina is very cold, there are many stray dogs in the town. Sometimes stray dogs will follow me to the hotel and even enter the hotel to warm up, but the clerk is very caring and did not drive the stray dog. The puppy also felt embarrassed to pickpocket and stomp. It is very interesting to lie down and enjoy the heating sprayed by the hotel at the entrance of the hotel."

"Very comfortable and clean apartment with lots of space. The kitchen is equipped with all utilities needed for cooking, and if you prefer to eat out, there are many restaurants available within a 10-15min walking distance. It's also just about a 20 minutes walk away from Lago Argentino. Definitely recommend this place!

CChina livingMy stay was wonderful. I arrived early morning. I was greeted by two of the hosts, who were welcoming and friendly. I was offered coffee and breakfast straight away. The hotel was clean and in the centre of town. The only complaint is that the hotel did not respond to messages before arriving regarding airport pickup.

曽曽小姐It is about 10 minutes away from Main Street and not easy to find the way without a map. However the view from the big balcony of the lobby is very awesome and let everyone relaxing. There is 180 degree view facing the town of El Calafate with nice shading of sunrise and sunset. The staff of front desk is helpful in advising local tour and arranging shuttle bus to airport. The staff of restaurant is nice to explain the menu n Spanish while I can speak in English only.

JJelle SEvery time I I have visited El Calafate 3 times and stayed 3 times in this place, a great location near the shopping street and near the lake (walking distance) a great breakfast served, a money exchange with good rates, a big room to hang out, small but good dorms, good hot showers, well worth its money.

CChloeHotel is very central and we walked around town everywhere. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking a massage it was delightful. Got rid of my knots and would have gotten another massage but we didnt book in advance so we werent able to. Spa area was unexpected little gem. Jacuzzi and a sauna. The only down side to the hotel was the water pressure wasn't great. Makes a lot of strange noises as well. But this doesn't take away from the rest of the positives from the hotel.

GGuest UserRoom is nice and good size. Has sufficient space for 2. Breakfast is a nice spread, although it is exactly the sane everyday. Hotel has sauna, gym and massage services (cheaper than street prices for tourists).
Location is super convenient, easy walk to town for food and shopping. Also very near to the free shuttle to the Glaciaruim.

JJayyy3126Great place. Just that it’s really out of town and you have to get a taxi to get to town or walk like 30 mins which is not so bad but when it’s cold it’s another issue. But it’s right next to Lake Argentino with great views. Great staff very helpful and a simple breakfast every morning. Great place overall.

SSuiyixingThe hotel is a log cabin with plenty of hot water. When it is heated, the floor is heated and you need to manually adjust the control switch next to the sink. The breakfast is good and mate tea is also provided. The best thing is that the hotel can report various travel routes by itself, which is very convenient.
