The style of this hotel is cute rustic, a little aged. The decor of the rooms is really nice though, the beds are comfortable and the shower is good, too. Some of the doors don't work that well and breakfast was no more than okay. The staff, however, were really great, giving great recommendations for restaurants and things to see.

3 Nächte in dieser Lodge und man ist urlaubsreif. Die Zimmer sind super alt und sehr schmutzig. Die Lodge hatte alle drei Tage lang kein Wasser. Natürlich kann das passieren und dafür kann auch die Lodge nichts. Allerdings wäre es schön, wenn man darüber informiert worden wäre, wenn man ein checkt. Jeden Tag hat man uns aufs Neue versprochen, dass es am Abend, wenn wir zurückkommen, was ergeben wird. Hat uns dann allerdings nie darüber informiert,, dass dem nicht so ist. Es wurden auch keine Wassereimer für die Toilettenspülung zur Verfügung gestellt, geschweige denn irgendeine Form von Desinfektionsmittel für die Hände. Als ich am dritten Tag nochmals nachfragte, hat man mich richtig gehend angerollt. Nicht die feine Art. Frühstück ist auch sehr übersichtlich. Allerdings sind die Damen in der Küche super freundlich, was man teilweise von den Leuten an der Rezeption nicht behaupten

El hotel es bonito, rustico y acogedor, muy alejado del pueblo, no se puede ir caminando al pueblo, los 4 dias q estube el mismo desayuno, las comidas son demasiado caras, un dia nos cobraron 31 mil pesos Argentinos y al siguiente dia ya costaban 35 mil pesos, en la ciudad d Buenos Aires con ese dinero desayuna, almuerza y cena, los administradores muy atentos y serviciales.

Tuve una muy mala experiencia con Bla Lodge. Reservé una excursión con ellos, a la llegada descubrí que nadie había reservado. Tuve que arreglarlo con traslado privado gastando mucho dinero. Ni siquiera un simple 'lo siento' por su parte. Respondieron con excusas realmente ridículas. Muy poco profesional. Aparte de eso habitaciones muy ruidosas (te despiertas con el despertador de tu vecino o su parloteo). Ubicación no céntrica (pero eso ya lo sabes cuando reservas). Lo que no sabes es que tienes que hacer bastante camino sin asfaltar. Con el viento (habitual en el calafate), vuelves a tu habitación cubierto de polvo. El desayuno es miserable. No lo recomiendo.

Un personnel très gentil, accueillant et de très bons conseils ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et très bien décoré; le petit déjeuner est assez complet dans l’ensemble. Petit + pour la vue sur le lac, magnifique ! Je recommande vivement
