This is a basic hotel. The room reminded me a bit of a hostel ... spare and without a lot of place to unpack. But it was clean and comfortable, if not a bit hot. Not all front desk staff spoke good English. Basic breakfast. Our flight didn't leave till the evening of our last day (we stayed 3 nights), but they wouldn't let us stay in our room any time past check out - although one front desk staff member said we could. But we could use their lobby, washroom and wifi during the day. It is easy to get to the main street from the hotel

The best part of the place is the staff!! They are all amazing, super knowledgeable and ready to help. The hotel is in a great location.A few block to the town center, delicious breakfast. Bedrooms very comfortable and clean. We thank them very much for all their attention and recommend them highly!

I needed to change my reservation and was unable to reach anyone at the hotel. I tried emailing, calling both phone numbers listed on the website several times, sent a facebook message, sent an instagram message, tried messaging on whatsapp (they didn't have an account). They never responded to any of the messages, emails, or phone calls. Incredibly unprofessional.

A very picturesque hotel. It reminds me a lot of the hotels on the road that you see in American movies. I liked it very much and it is quite well located near the center and has excellent heating, which in such a cold city is quite relevant. I don't know why, but my wife and I were given separate beds. When I told the receptionist about it, he told me that the reservation had been made that way and there was no way to modify it. I was not entirely satisfied with the answer, but we had to accept it. Apart from this, the rooms, beds and bathrooms are of a high quality. Very comfortable and modern. Breakfast is standard, in keeping with a hotel of that category. It does not have a gym or games room, but it does have an acceptable parking space. I recommend it for its comfort and location, and above all for having a fair rate.

Excellent value for money. Spacious room, close to the city center. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. Canned fruit, stale bread, at least there should be a toaster to heat up the bread that is stale. Otherwise, good hotel, courteous service.

El hotel esta muy cuidado y limpio. Las habitaciones comodas y el desayuno muy bueno. Lo mas destacable es la calida atencion del personal. El lugar en donde se encuentra esta a 2 cuadras de la Av. principal cerca de restaurantes y bares y por ser una calle lateral es tranquilo y permite un buen descanso. Muy recomendable.
