We were two couples, and the father of one of us died, so we had to cancel a room. Despite giving several days' notice, they refused to cancel it.

The hotel is well located, both for people with a car and for those who do not have one, not far from the center and next to one of the best pariahs from lamb. All restaurants, cafes, shops are within walking distance. The bay is close enough. Breakfasts are delicious, but without vegetables and fruits. The rooms are spacious, 2 double beds eat up the area of the room. Otherwise, everything is convenient, the rooms were cleaned daily. The staff is very responsive.

I think the price is very cheap considering breakfast is included.

The staff were awesome and let us check in early which was a lifesaver and were lovely to chat to during our stay. Super warm rooms means dry overnight. Walkable to loads of restaurants and nature reserve etc. Would Def's stay here again

The property was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast area was lovely. The front desk staff were helpful, but there was some communication issues since we do not speak fluent Spanish, but we managed. The room temperature was a bit warm and there was no fan, and opening the window made it very noisy from the street. We enjoyed the close location to the town.

Very good option in El Calafate
The hotel looks a bit ugly and is not in the best condition but it is more than decent and super cheap. I recommend.
