Great staff, easy walk to downtown. It’s at the end of the Main Street, so it is quieter with easy access to the highway that takes you to the glacier.

Mateo was so nice helped us with are reservations for trips anything we needed all the staff were amazing - hotel was comfy slept good

Nice hostel with pleasant and helpful staff. It is about a 20 minute walk to the centre of town. Rooms weren’t very sound proof as I could clearly hear the ladies next door.

Not a great hotel although staff friendly. The room was ok - comfortable and linen clean Carpets were stained and needed a good vacuum! Curtains were old and faded. The room was extremely hot so kept window open. Breakfast- absolutely awful Toast old and hard, croissant burnt, the juice was Tang and fruit awful - to the point of plum being rotten The location was good for a walk to the lake but far from town Overall- very disappointing!

A reasonable lower-mid price on the western edge of town. Nice public areas to relax. Rooms were ok, though like other places we stayed in Patagonia, you had to really search for power outlets to charge everything. Breakfast was ok, chosen from three set options. There are plenty of dinner options in town.
