El hotel se encuentra ubicado alejado del centro, pero con una hermosa vista. Es muy cómodo, tiene muy buena atención por parte de los camareros. La comida es buena, pero demasiada condimentada y deberían tener menú un poco más económicos y simples para las personas que van con chicos pequeños o que tienen. Presión arterial o otro tipo de trastornos. Y lo que deja mucho que desear es el desayuno. Básico y pobre debe mejorar muchísima. Habitación comoda Administración atenta pero deben estar abiertos a las críticas mi puntuación es un 7 ..bueno.

Estuve en Abril con mi familia con la empresa Kilometro uno. El hotel es lindo, limpio, bien calefaccionado, es cómodo. Está ubicado a 20 cuadras del centro. Una hermosa vista al lago. Fuimos caminando a la ida y a la vuelta en taxi que nos cobro $3400. Es seguro caminar así que íbamos tranquilos. La habitación es cómoda. La entrada al baño un tanto pequeña, tocaba la puerta el inodoro. Buena presión de agua caliente. No tiene caja de seguridad. Fuimos con media pensión. El desayuno es una medialuna, un pan y una manteca. Si pusieran alguna mermelada estaría muy bien. El desayuno para celiacos es malo, solo galletitas de arroz y una manteca. La cena estaba muy bien, rica. La porcion es justa no te quedas con hambre, pero no se puede repetir. Quedamos conformes con el hotel.

realmente mal servicio no tienen cloaca por lo tanto te piden que no arrojes el papel en el inodoro la comida muy escasa , la bebida muy costosa y el desayuno con medialunas sosas jugo de naranja preparado tang sin tv por cable placard solo con perchero sin puertas ni caja de seguridad lejos de todo sobre calle de ripio el personal sin experiencia en el rubro lo unico destacable es la vista de la ciudad a tres km de distancia sobre una loma

Para los que disfrutamos del paisaje es hermosa la ubicación donde se encuentra, es muy confortable, hace calor adentro de la habitacion como para estar en remera "magnífico ". La comida de Martin super deliciosa y la atención de todos muy amables. Y si gustan del turismo aventura pueden bajar caminando por el cerro hacia el centro!! La subida es empinada jajaja. Lo recomiendo!

Excelente hotel. La ubicación con vista al Lago Argentino es hermosa, la habitación era muy linda y limpia, bien calefaccionada con radiadores (incluso en el baño). Lo único que mejoraría es la televisión, me pareció una lástima no poder compartir video desde el celular, pero es algo muy menor. El staff fue siempre muy atento y servicial. Recomendable, volvería a ir sin dudarlo.

Exelente vista, imperdible al atardecer; desayuno argentino incluído; tienen cerveza noir y patagonia; recomendable contratar el menú de cena, es delicioso. Su ubicación a 10 minutos en auto del centro, 600 ars aproximadamente o caminata con pendiente y terracería de 35 minutos. Personal sumamente cálido y amable, todo perfectamente limpio, me encantó.
