Only the absurd prices of Calafate can lead someone, like me, to choose this place. To start with, those with mobility problems, forget it, all stairs everywhere. The place lacks maintenance, paint, or grace. At 7 you will wake up to the voices of passengers going on tours. Then the people who clean will continue talking loudly and making jokes, when it is assumed that there are passengers who want to sleep. The treatment in the morning is really unpleasant, people with zero sympathy and empathy. Breakfast is meager and poor. I had to beg for some jam!!!! I don't know who says it's worth it. DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!
