Good: location, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Could improve: Only electric outlets are all in use by lamps, TV, and fridge so you have to unplug things a lot. No drinking water, glasses, or coffee in rooms. Pillow cases open on both ends so slip off easily. No minibar as listed for the room. Overall suited our needs but could have been better.

The place is away from the busy downtown, but close enough to drive or walk to.The beds were comfortable.We had a good view of the lake, too.

I stayed here for about a week, it was great. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. Comfortable bed and amazing views. It was quiet and relaxing and just a short walk from the main street of el Calafate.
Would definitely stay here again!

La hostería es espaciosa y las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, característica no menor. ¡¡Hay que renovar los cortinados, las colchas y las toallas!! Afean otras características positivas y desmerecen el hotel. También sugiero mejorar la calidad y variedad de los productos ofrecidos en el desayuno que son escasos y muy poco tentadores para la pretensión de "buffet". Destacable la energía, amabilidad y eficiencia de Alejandro y de su compañera de recepción, ambos ocupándose de tantas cosas y tan bien (¡¡habría que reforzar el personal porque están demasiado sobrecargados con tanto turismo!!)

Durante nuestro hospedaje nos sentimos muy bien atendidos, las habitaciones limpias, las camas muy cómodas, el lugar muy cálido para estar con la familia. El desayuno 10/10, solo dejare algunas recomendaciones, no quejas. Tal vez un tacho para desechos en la habitación, y pondría un papelero más grande en el baño, el que había era muy pequeño. Respecto a las distancias, está cerca del centro, andábamos en vehículo, sin embargo, preferimos caminar, la ciudad es segura y hermosa. Lo que si hay algunas calles muy empinadas y eso cansa a quien es un poco sedentario.

El servicio muy bueno y las condiciones del hotel también. La habitación muy amplia, aunque se veía que limpiaban sólo por encima. El personal estuvo siempre muy atento a lo que necesitamos y muy amable. El desayuno rico aunque no muy variado. En general la experiencia fue buena, salvo porque el internet era extremadamente deficiente. Nos dijeron que era lento porque todos los huéspedes se conectaban a la misma hora (después de los tours) y se saturaba, pero en realidad esto sucedía a todas horas.
