The hotel is close to the main street of El Calafate. You have to go down some stairs, but it's not tiring, just take your time. The hotel was far from the center and to get to the center of town you had to go up a long staircase corresponding to about eight floors and then walk a long way. The room was poorly furnished with old and damaged furniture. There was no electrical outlet near the bed. The Hotel is well located, 3 blocks from the center. To get to the center you have to go down several stairs, I didn't count them but maybe about 30. You are approximately 5 blocks from the Super la Anónima and all the shops, car rentals, banks, bars, etc. It is simple, clean and the staff is friendly.
