Pierre & Vacances Comarruga

The place is a nightmare and a rip-off from start to finish, something that Pierre & Vacances management should address if they have any interest in keeping their brand's reputation from being dragged through the mud. Cleaning is nonexistent, and neither are the maintenance and renovation of facilities. The first apartment we were given was right next to the garbage room and kitchen of the pizzeria they own in the same apartment complex. The clothesline/kitchen overlooks the garbage cans. Illegal and unsanitary. There were even blood stains on the walls. We requested a change and were shown two more. None of them were in half-decent condition. One of them had a kitchen so small they had to put the refrigerator IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LIVING ROOM. A joke. With no other option in the middle of the high season, we settled for the apartment that seemed less bad. Old, dirty, smelly, and unmaintained. Indecent furniture, broken, dirty, patched-up armchairs, broken doors, stained, and peeling walls. There are no curtains or blinds in the bedrooms, only blackout curtains, so you have to choose between being seen by the entire neighborhood and letting in as much light as possible while you sleep, or complete darkness. The closets smell musty and have to be kept open constantly to air out. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms are so noisy they're unusable, especially at night. The kitchen counter filled with water from a leak in the wall, affecting the furniture and causing an intense smell of damp, and also next to one of the kitchen outlets. Dirty cutlery, dirty and incomplete crockery for six people. The refrigerator was full of dirty water. The state of repair and cleanliness of the living room was indescribable. The bathroom has no cabinets or shelves for toiletries. It only has a cantilevered marble countertop because there's nothing to hold it up. The terrace furniture was dirty, the patio was dirty. The pool was closed for two days for maintenance. We went to reception twice to report the deficiencies and to request a change of dishes and cutlery because we found them dirty. We filed the appropriate complaints with Pierre & Vacances and filed a complaint form. No apology from the company. For our part, after spending our holidays for many years at different Pierre & Vacances resorts, after this disastrous experience, we will never do so again.

Very old, strange and very non-functional layout, little (very) little investment, narrow stairs, hallways and doors where they shouldn't be, I had a ground floor, nearby you have the Amazon jungle, with the consequent decrease in light...and increase in insects, and in Comarruga, August at 22° minimum at night and with the humidity there is, it doesn't have air conditioning, but there are fans... that are not functional, or don't work, or go too fast...or make noise (a drama at night). I have already said that I got a ground floor, except for how close it is to the beach, there is nothing that would make me come back, the pool is old, small and with little beach for sunbeds (+ 40 apartments) heat, noise at night (open windows, there is no other option and next to the promenade), little light due to the vegetation, metal bars that cannot be removed (I understand it is necessary, but I did not ask for or pay for that, 6 months in advance), it is not that they are dirty, it is that they are generally very old, ... and the best thing, 180 € per day and they give me a ground floor, without light, with bars and next to the promenade. Booking in February. Crazy.

Las sábanas huelen MUY mal, sobretodo las de las almohadas. Baño sucio, lleno de cal, óxido , de las tuberías se sube muy mal olor, hay cucarachas, techo con salpicaduras, cafetera rota, ventanas llenas de varios centro metros de suciedad, entrada al edificio con peste a humedad, a cerrado y dejado. La barandilla de las escaleras pegajosa. El acceso a la piscina malo. HAY CUCARACHAS, REPITO. No volveré ni que me lo regalen.

Reservo dos noches sin reembolso, iba con mi familia por un tema de trabajo, 22 y 23 de abril, desde 650km...una semana antes nos avisan de una cirugía el día 22 de un familiar... me pongo en contacto con ellos para decirles que el día 22 no podemos alojarnos y presento un justificante del hospital.. a lo que me dicen que no me dan el dinero, pero que me ofrecen cambiarme la noche del 22 al 24, pero asciende 14 euros el precio, por lo que si lo quiero tengo q pagar.. hablamos de un lunes a un miércoles... les digo que obviamente solo nos quedaremos el 23 puesto que tenemos un familiar en el hospital y q obviamente para nosotros tampoco es de agrado, hacer 650 km para unas horas.. conclusión, no me devolvieron los 50 euros que no disfruté. Aparte de esto, mi experiencia nefasta... abrimos el apartamento y olía entre cerrado y sucio... todo tremendamente viejo y parcheado. Decir que nos fuimos sin duchar, ya que nos daba asco entrar en esa bañera... la cocina llena de chorretes, sucísima... por suerte solo fuimos a dormir, asique pasamos poco tiempo ahí, las habitaciones muy frías, en una ni encontramos el interruptor de luz. Señalar que para subir a las habitaciones tienes que subir un montón de escaleras. Para rematar el día, nos tocaron unos vecinos q parece que estaban moviendo todo el mobiliario. Si tengo que decir algo bueno, la chica que nos atendió fue muy amable.

Apartamento en primera línea de playa sin ascensor y con piscina compartida. Balcón con vistas al mar Personal muy amable. Puntúo 3 sobre 5 porque nos tocó un tercero sin ascensor y pasamos calor en el dormitorio (el ventilador no enfriaba)

Hemos estado alojados una familia de 4 PAX en apartamento de 2 habitaciones Apartamentos amplios ,limpios y tranquilos,con buena ubicación (cerca de la playa) La estancia ha sido muy agradable. y correcta. Buen servicio de atención al cliente. Destacar la amabilidad de Beatriz,chica de la recepción. Da gusto encontrarte con personas tan majas,que te aconsejan y facilitan la estancia. Sin duda,volveremos a alojarnos en estos apartamentos en próximas escapadas.
