I have a very good time at Ibersol , Michael and his colleagues Julio were very professional and respectful barman’s , they treated us very well and built a good friendship . We love to stay and definitely will come back again . Definitely recommend the location is Quality for a family holiday.

The hotel is nice, rooms are clean and is very close to the beach. The food is really good with a lot of options to choose for. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel! Love the fact that the kids pool is separate from the adults pool

Got referred to a other local hotel as the one we booked was closed for reasons we werent made aware of.
Other hotel was fine. But didn't have a balcony like the original room we booked

As soon as we got to the room, the air conditioning did not work. They give us another and neither. The third time lucky . So the keys don't work. The next day the lock stays open, they tell me that it is already fixed and they will lower the lock again if it closes but does not open. Of the 4 days I've only had two. To have the next day I expect a detail for so much inconvenience.

Quality/price ratio is a very good option. It is true that the facilities could be updated but they are correct. The staff make an effort, but I found them a little disorganized at times. The best? The Animation team, my daughters were delighted! Please be careful with the children's pool. There is a lot of bird feces on the ground and the children step on it and bring it all into the pool. It would help if they kept that area cleaner. The variety of food is fair, but the truth is that it is very tasty and "casolana". I would repeat another weekend to rest. The area has little action so it is appreciated if you want to disconnect.

Hotel con muchas faltas de mantenimiento. El restaurante con poca variedad y de no mucha calidad. La limpieza no es su fuerte. Habitación con faltas de mantenimiento y la limpieza justita. Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones en familia. La comida estaba muy bueno todo pero faltaba variedad era o un plata de pescado o un plato de carne, luego estaba el buffet de ensaladas y con eso nos arreglamos, todos los días había pasta que los niños es lo único que han comido, favor es que poco pero todo estaba muy bueno. Las habitaciones por amplitud bien, lo malo que han habido días que a las 4 de la tarde aún estaban sin hacer y pues claro si quería ir a descansar un rato antes de ir a la playa te tenías que esperar o irte sin echar la siesta. Luego teníamos todo incluido y una de las tardes un camarero italiano (lo digo por identificarlo de algún modo) fue muy desagradable y dejó a los niños y a los mayores sin merecer, ya que cerró el bar de la piscina y nos dijo que no había nada ni nadie para ayudarle a dar las meriendas, cuando anteriormente sólo había un chico sirviendo y no necesitaba ayuda. En fin que los niños no merendaron. Que conste que lo comunicamos en recepción para que mandarán a alguien pero aún así el señor cerró el chiringuito. El personal todos muy amables y atentos menos este señor que fue desagradable desde el primer día, y no lo digo yo sólo lo decía todo el mundo. Pese a todo lo hemos pasado bien y sobre todo hemos descansado un montón ya que las habitaciones son muy silenciosas. Un saludo.

Lo mejor el personal, atentos y amables. Lo peor los servicios que ofrece que son nulos: no hay apenas animación, no hay nevera en las habitaciones ni servicio de lavanderia. La comida poca variedad (lo que más hay patatas y pasta, ni un día hubo legumbres por ejemplo) y la fruta escasea. La piscina llena de gente al igual que las hamacas, y en los pasillos no hay aire acondicionado. Las habitaciones correctas al igual que la limpieza, aunque el baño es pequeño. Un día se fue la luz en nuestra planta y no volvió hasta las tres horas, y otro dia las toallas grandes nos las dieron por la tarde porque su lavandería no daba a basto.
